NCT ID: NCT04635735 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Study of Ipilimumab After Stem Cell Transplantation in People With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Start date: January 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will test the safety of ipilimumab to see what effects, if any, the drug has when used as maintenance therapy for people with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have received chemotherapy and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (AHCT). The investigators also want to find out whether giving ipilimumab after chemotherapy and AHCT is a better way to control the multiple myeloma than chemotherapy and AHCT alone.

NCT ID: NCT04634825 Terminated - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

Enoblituzumab Plus Retifanlimab or Tebotelimab in Head and Neck Cancer

Start date: March 17, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2 study of enoblituzumab combined with either retifanlimab or tebotelimab administered as first-line treatment to patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.

NCT ID: NCT04634344 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer

Assess the Safety, Tolerability, PK and Anti-tumor Efficacy of DZD2269 in Patients With MCRPC

Start date: April 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will treat patients with Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer who have progressed following prior therapy. This is the first time this drug has ever been tested in patients, and so it will help to understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment. It will also measure the the levels of drug in the body and preliminarily assess its anti-cancer activity as monotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT04633187 Terminated - Clinical trials for Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

Effects of EDP-938 in Hematopoietic Cell Transplant Recipients Who Are Infected With Acute Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) of the Upper Respiratory Tract

RSVTx
Start date: July 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study evaluating the efficacy and safety of EDP-938 in HCT recipients with acute RSV infection and symptoms of URTI.

NCT ID: NCT04632043 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Early Versus Delayed Intubation of Patients With COVID-19

EUDOCO
Start date: November 18, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Although management of acute hypoxemic respiratory failure associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) often includes mechanical ventilation, the optimal timing of initiation of invasive mechanical ventilation remains unknown. We hypothesise that a randomized controlled trial comparing early intubation as opposed to delayed intubation among patients with COVID-19 suffering from severe acute hypoxemic respiratory failure is feasible.

NCT ID: NCT04631601 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

Safety and Efficacy of Therapies for Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Start date: January 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a master protocol designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational therapies in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

NCT ID: NCT04630353 Terminated - Clinical trials for HPV 16+ Confirmed Oropharynx Cancer and Cervical Cancer

A Study HB-201 in Patients With Newly Diagnosed HPV16+ Oropharynx or Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

Start date: July 28, 2021
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This Window of Opportunity clinical trial will examine the immunologic effects of the study agent HB-201 in the head and neck or cervical cancer, when administered by IV route.

NCT ID: NCT04628780 Terminated - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Study to Test the Safety and Tolerability of PF-07209960 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, multiple dose, dose escalation and dose expansion study intended to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and potential clinical benefit of PF-07209960, an anti-PD-1 targeting IL-15 fusion protein, in participants with selected locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors for whom no standard therapy is available, or would not be an appropriate option in the opinion of the participant and their treating physician, or participants who have refused standard therapy. The study contains 2 parts, single agent Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07209960, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose.

NCT ID: NCT04627142 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (CRC)

A Study to Test Different Doses of BI 1701963 in Combination With Irinotecan in People With Advanced Bowel Cancer With Kirsten Rat Sarcoma Viral Oncogene Homologue (KRAS) Mutation

Start date: November 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is open to adults with advanced bowel cancer (colorectal cancer) with a KRAS mutation. This is a study in people for whom previous treatment was not successful and surgery is not a treatment option. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of BI 1701963 that people with bowel cancer can tolerate when taken together with a medicine called irinotecan. The study also tests whether BI 1701963 in combination with irinotecan is able to make tumours shrink. BI 1701963 may help to turn off KRAS. Activating KRAS mutations make tumours grow. Irinotecan is a medicine to treat bowel cancer. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, participants take BI 1701963 as tablet once a day and get irinotecan as infusion every two weeks. The doctors regularly monitor the size of the tumour. The doctors also collect information on any health problems of the participants.
