Filter by:For patients who undergoing hemodialysis, it is important to have good AV fistula. One third of AV fistula usually fail during early stage. It is helpful to use nerve block to dilate the blood vessels and enhance the prognosis. But 0.2% Ropivacaine usually cause muscle weakness in present studies. The investigators hope to find the lowest concentration to provide sympathectomy without muscle weakness. Because the patients with hemodialysis usually have multiple co-morbidity, thus we choose patients with forearm fracture at the first place. With this result, the investigators can design further study for patients with hemodialysis. The investigators prefer proximal approach because brachial plexus run together in the cosctoclavicular space and show lower incidence of incomplete work.
Investigation of efficacy and tolerability of bezlotoxumab in patients with cancer diagnosis in terms of preventing CDI recurrence.
The primary objective of the study is to compare the pharmacokinetics of apatinib in subjects with impaired renal function and healthy subjects, to give dose recommendations for patients with impaired renal function.
A phase I observational study on the safety and efficacy of treatment of recurrent stage IV high risk neuroblastoma with Nivolumab
The aim of the study is to clinically use bovine Lf as a safe antiviral adjuvant for treatment and to assess the potential in reducing mortality and morbidity rates in COVID-19 patients. The study was approved by the ethical committee of the Egyptian Center for Research and Regenerative Medicine in 11-5-2020.
Impact of stigma on the empathy and quality of life of people with schizophrenic disorders and their siblings.
a phase I trial focusing on safety and efficacy of prednison shock plus sirolimus maintenance in treating Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) with Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon (KMP)
Clinical evaluation of the safety and performance of microwave coagulation using the HS1 Instrument for actual or potential non-variceal bleeding in the upper Gastrointestinal (GI) tract
This is a phase I, open-label, multi-center, non-randomized, 2-part first time inhuman (FTIH) study for SYHA1807. Part 1 is a dose escalation phase to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) for SYHA1807 based on the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) profiles observed after oral administration of SYHA1807. The dose escalation study will be performed according to the 3+3 design. Once RP2D is identified, an expansion cohort (Part 2) of up to 12~40 subjects will be enrolled to further evaluate the clinical activity and tolerability of SYHA1807 in subjects with extensive-stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).
Esophageal cancer is still a serious threat to human life and health. China in particular. Relapse and metastasis are important causes of treatment failure. Immunotherapy is a new treatment method, which can be used in combination with chemotherapy to improve the therapeutic effect. However, the role of immunotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy in concurrent chemoradiotherapy of recurrent esophageal cancer has not been clearly studied. Our team will study it in detail. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the effect of Camrelizumab in concurrent chemoradiotherapy of locally recurrent esophageal cancer.
