Start date: April 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the initial activity, tolerability, safety and to identify a recommended dose and regimen of vedolizumab intravenous (IV) administered for treatment of steroid-refractory acute intestinal GvHD in participants who have undergone allo-HSCT.

NCT ID: NCT02992964 Terminated - Clinical trials for Refractory or Recurrent Hypermutated Malignancies

Pilot Study of Nivolumab in Pediatric Patients With Hypermutant Cancers

Start date: May 15, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center, pilot study of Nivolumab in pediatric patients with recurrent or refractory hypermutant malignancies aged 12 months to 18 years of age. This study is to assess clinical and radiological benefits of treatment with Nivolumab in children with hypermutated cancers, including those with bMMRD syndrome. It is our expectation that patients with bMMRD syndrome will account for the majority of patients enrolled on this study.

NCT ID: NCT02992132 Terminated - Clinical trials for Agitation and Aggression in Alzheimer's Disease

Study to Examine the Safety and Efficacy of Pimavanserin for the Treatment of Agitation and Aggression in Alzheimer's Disease (SERENE)

Start date: November 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy of pimavanserin compared with placebo in treatment of agitation and aggression after 12 weeks of treatment

NCT ID: NCT02987998 Terminated - Clinical trials for Stage IIIA Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Neoadjuvant Chemoradiation Plus Pembrolizumab Followed By Consolidation Pembrolizumab in NSCLC

Start date: May 19, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and evaluate the safety of delivering chemoradiotherapy, the usual approach to non-small cell lung cancer, in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3745), followed by consolidation pembrolizumab after surgical resection. Consolidation therapy is treatment given following the initial treatment. Pembrolizumab is an investigational drug (also known as Keytruda), which has been approved by the FDA for use in certain types of skin cancer (melanoma), and for use in certain types of head and neck cancer. However, it has not been approved for use in other cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the surface of some cells of the immune system and activates them against cancer cells. It is not chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT02985918 Terminated - Clinical trials for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

High-Intensity vs Low-Intensity NPPV in Patients With an AECOPD: The HAPPEN Trial

Start date: January 3, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To determine whether high-intensity NPPV, compared with low-intensity NPPV, could reduce the need for endotracheal intubation during hospitalization in patients with an AECOPD and hypercapnia.

NCT ID: NCT02985021 Terminated - Clinical trials for Stage IV Prostate Cancer

Docetaxel and Carboplatin for Patients With mCRPC and DNA-Repair Deficiencies

Start date: November 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this study, patients who have metastatic prostate cancer that does not respond to hormone treatment and who have mutations in certain cancer-related genes will be treated with docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT02984085 Terminated - Clinical trials for Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa

Clinical Trial to Assess Safety and Efficacy of Autologous Cultured Epidermal Grafts Containing Epidermal Stem Cells Genetically Modified in Patients With RDEB.

HOLOGENE7
Start date: January 30, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Prospective open-label, uncontrolled clinical study to assess the safety and efficacy of autologous cultured epidermal grafts containing epidermal stem cells genetically modified with the aid of a gamma-retroviral vector carrying COL7A1 complementary DNA (cDNA) for restoration of the epidermis in patients with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy after one or more treatments with genetically corrected cultured epidermal autograft (Hologene 7) in patients suffering of recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB) with COL7A1 mutation.

NCT ID: NCT02983604 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Estrogen Receptor Positive HER2- Breast Cancer

GS-5829 in Combination With Fulvestrant or Exemestane in Women With Advanced Estrogen Receptor Positive, HER2 Negative-Breast Cancer

Start date: January 10, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objectives of the Phase 1b Dose Escalation part of this study are to characterize the safety and tolerability of GS-5829 in combination with exemestane or fulvestrant and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the recommended Phase 2 dose of GS-5829 in combination with fulvestrant in women with advanced estrogen receptor positive, HER2-negative (ER+/HER2-) breast cancer. The primary objective of the Randomized Phase 2 Dose Expansion portion of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of GS-5829 in combination with fulvestrant compared to fulvestrant alone in women with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer. This study was terminated early and the Phase 2 portion of the study was not conducted.

NCT ID: NCT02983097 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
