Digital Health Program With Participants Using an Autoinjector

This is a prospective, single-arm, feasibility study. Up to thirty (30) participants meeting study eligibility criteria will use the SK-M11/3A1 digital health program for 12 weeks. The program will be delivered via the Sidekick mobile application (app). The study objective is to evaluate the performance and safety of the SK-M11/3A1 digital health program when added to routine medical treatment of patients with Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Disease (IMID). All participants are using a prescribed medication for regular subcutaneous injection provided in a prefilled autoinjector.

Evaluation of an Education Program to Increase Knowledge and Participation in Clinical Trials Among Racial/Ethnic and Rural Populations

This clinical trial evaluates a culturally tailored educational outreach intervention for increasing clinical trial knowledge, referral, and participation among racial/ethnic minority and rural populations. Clinical trials are research studies that involve people. Through clinical trials, researchers are able to determine whether new treatments are safe and effective and work better than current treatments. Clinical trials can also help find new ways to prevent and detect cancer and improve the quality of life for people during and after treatment. Recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups in clinical trials remains a challenge. Racial and ethnic minority groups bear a disproportionate burden of cancer compared with other groups yet these populations continue to be underrepresented in clinical trials. This clinical trial uses community health educators (CHEs) to facilitate individual and group education sessions to improve knowledge of what constitutes a clinical trial, the value of participating in clinical trials, and why it is important for racial/ethnic minorities to participate in clinical trials.

Phase I/II Trial in ES-SCLC to Enhance Response to Atezolizumab Plus Chemotherapy With Total Body Irradiation

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects, safety, and effectiveness of low dose radiation to the entire body (total body irradiation [TBI]) and higher dose radiation to known areas of cancer (hypofractionated radiation therapy [H-RT]) combined with atezolizumab and chemotherapy (carboplatin & etoposide) in treating patients with small cell lung cancer that has spread to disease sites outside of the lung (extensive stage). Extensive stage disease has historically been treated with chemotherapy alone with consideration of chest (thoracic) radiation therapy for those with response to chemotherapy, as well as consideration of preventative radiation therapy to the head (prophylactic cranial irradiation). Emerging evidence supports the synergistic interactions between immunotherapy and radiation therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill tumor cells. Combining TBI and H-RT with atezolizumab and chemotherapy may improve response to treatment.

A form of depression called 'dopamine-sensitive anergic-anhedonic syndrome is usually resistant to standard therapies (TRAD). On the other hand, they respond to dopaminergic approaches for which recommendations have been developed: DATA ('Dopaminergic Antidepressant Therapy Algorithm'). These are two stages starting with non-selective monoamineoxidase inhibitors (MAOI) or dopamine D2 receptor agonists (D2RAG) in 'monotherapy' (DATA1) and proposing to combine them in the event of a partial response (DATA2). The effectiveness of this approach in the management of TRAD has not yet been evaluated in routine care. The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness in routine care of the DATA recommendations in the management of TRAD presenting to a specialized consultation for resistant depression (short and long-term results).

Reversibility of Bronchial Obstruction in Children Born Preterm

This observational study aims to compare responses to different, commonly used inhaled bronchodilators in children born preterm with bronchial obstruction at spirometry. All children were diagnosed with Chronic Lung Disease of Immaturity (CLDI). The main questions are: - Is any inhaled bronchodilator or their combination generally superior in children with CLDI when assessing the reversibility of bronchial obstruction? - Is there an individual difference in the effect of betamimetic, anticholinergic or their combination between children with CLDI? Participants will: - Come to our clinic in a stable state without acute infection and they will be randomly assigned to the first inhaled bronchodilator. - They will then perform a spirometry test before and after the inhalation of the drug. - This visit will repeat 3 times, each with a different bronchodilator (beta2agonist, anticholinergic and their combination).

The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety and effectiveness of Sogroya® in children with short stature due to growth hormone deficiency where epiphysial discs are not closed under real-world clinical practice in Japan. The study will last for about 1 year (at shortest) to 3 years (at longest) depending on when the participant takes part in the study. The participant will be asked to answer questionnaire(s) about how they feel about the growth hormone (GH) product treatment once during the study (at about 3 months after starting the Sogroya® treatment) and about 3 months after starting the Sogroya® treatment.
