To determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of CycloSam®, Samarium-153-DOTMP (Sm-153-DOTMP), a radiopharmaceutical that delivers radiation to the bone when injected, given as a tandemly administered pair of doses to subjects with one or more solid tumor(s) in the bone or metastatic solid tumors to the bone that are visible on bone scan.
KB707-01 is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on standard of care therapy, cannot tolerate standard of care therapy, refused standard of care therapy, or for whom there is no standard of care therapy. In this study, patients will receive KB707 via direct intratumoral (IT) injection into solid tumors to assess the safety and tolerability as well preliminary efficacy of KB707 monotherapy treatment.
Increasing data has indicated an association between increased soluble B7-H3 (sB7-H3) levels and unfavorable prognosis in patients with malignancies. However, the level of sB7-H3 and its clinical significance in osteosarcoma are not well known. In this present study, we investigated whether sB7-H3 levels in serum could be as a biomarker for osteosarcoma treatment.
This phase II study aims to explore the tumor necrosis rate in osteosarcoma patients treated with a neoadjuvant regimen of surufatinib combined with chemotherapy.
20 participants are expected to be enrolled for this open,Single-armed clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the recombinant herpes simplex virus Ⅰ, R130 in patients with relapsed/refractory bone and soft tissue tumors.
HS-20093 is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) which specifically binds to B7-H3, a target wildly expressed on solid tumor cells. This is a phase 2, open-label, multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity of HS-20093 as a monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma and other sarcomas.
The idea of treating different deformities or diseases in the maxillofacial region with Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) has recently become popular. It has been widely used in medical practice for the management of urolithiasis, cholelithiasis and in haead and neck region for sialolithiasis. The present study 'Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy on Osteoblast-Like Cells In-vitro study' will be done to explore and evaluate the effect of shockwaves. Further, Osteoblast-like cells will be assessed for Cell - Cell interaction and Cell Viability. It will be assessed using a scratch assay, Mtt assay and ATP analysis.
The goal of this type of observational study is to investigate the preliminary effect of 3D printed personalized extendable prosthesis replacement on limb salvage in children with osteosarcoma. The main question it aims to answer is: Is 3D printed personalized extendable prosthesis replacement has a good outcome in limb salvage pediatric osteosarcoma?
The objective of this study is to describe adherence to a personalised home exercise program in patients undergoing resection and reconstruction of lower limb for bone tumor and neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment in the first six months after surgery intervention and investigate possible prognostic factors.
