- The patients hospitalized to general medical wards

Exclusion Criteria:

- The patients hospitalized less than 48 hours

Allocation: Randomized, Endpoint Classification: Efficacy Study, Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Prevention
