A Study Comparing Savolitinib Plus Osimertinib vs Savolitinib Plus Placebo in Patients With EGFRm+ and MET Amplified Advanced NSCLC

CoC
Start date: September 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will compare the activity of the combination of savolitinib and osimertinib against the combination of savolitinib with placebo to osimertinib in patients with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Mutation Positive and MET amplified, locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have progressed following treatment with osimertinib.

NCT ID: NCT04604470 Not yet recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Trial-specific Patient Decision Aid (tPDA) of the ImmunoSABR Phase 2

I-SABR2_PDA
Start date: October 20, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a trial-specific (NCT03705403) decision aid (tPDA) for stage IV NSCLC patients that might want to participate. We want to investigate if a tPDA would be (significantly) helpful for these patients in making a decision. ImmunoSABR has a complex study design, we expect that the patients get a better overview of the trial via the tPDA because you can bring multiple tools together. (text, video, questions, pictures, timelines, etc.)

NCT ID: NCT04601402 Completed - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

GEN-001 (Live Biotherapeutic Product) and Avelumab Combination Study for Patients With Solid Tumors Who Have Progressed on Anti-PD-(L)1 Therapy

Start date: October 26, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I/Ib, first-in-human (FIH), open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety and tolerability, biological and clinical activities of GEN-001 in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed on at least two lines of approved therapy for their histological subtypes which includes an anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 based therapy (as mono or combination), when administered as combined with avelumab.

NCT ID: NCT04596033 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

TiTAN-1: Safety, Proliferation and Persistence of GEN-011 Autologous Cell Therapy

Start date: November 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

TiTAN-1 is a first-in-human study of GEN-011, an experimental treatment being evaluated in adult patients with advanced cancer. GEN-011 is a T cell therapy made specific to each patient, using the patient's own circulating immune cells. First, Genocea confirms which cancer proteins are recognized already by each patient's T cells using ATLAS™. Then, immune cells that recognize these cancer proteins are multiplied many times (a process called PLANET™) to create a personalized GEN-011 cell therapy, which is given back to the patient in one or more intravenous (IV) infusions.

NCT ID: NCT04591431 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Rome Trial From Histology to Target: the Road to Personalize Target Therapy and Immunotherapy

ROME
Start date: October 7, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, prospective, multicenter, Proof of Concept, Phase II clinical trial Study. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy (meant as overall response rate ORR) of TT (targeted Therapy) vs SoC (standard of Care) in patients with progressive disease (recurrent and/or metastatic) of breast cancer, metastatic gastro-intestinal tumors, non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or others. Patients should have completed at least 1 line of treatment and no more than 2 as defined by the current version of the AIOM (Italian Association of Medical Oncology) guidelines. Patients are included if surgery is contraindicated.

NCT ID: NCT04589013 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Prediction of Response to Treatment With Immunotherapy + Chemotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

PRINCE
Start date: November 19, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study seeks to evaluate a multiparametric test including 6 immunohistochemical markers (PD-L1, CD8, FoxP3, PD1, CD163, CD15) to predict the cumulative incidence of death or progression on treatment with pembrolizumab+first line chemotherapy in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, regardless of the PD-L1 status and in the absence of ALK, ROS1 or EGFR alteration.

NCT ID: NCT04585490 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Personalized Escalation of Consolidation Treatment Following Chemoradiotherapy and Immunotherapy in Stage III NSCLC in Stage III NSCLC

Start date: August 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test whether or not number of circulating cancer cells detected in the blood can be decreased the by combining the standard treatment (durvalumab) with Tremelimumab and additional chemotherapy

NCT ID: NCT04585477 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Adjuvant ctDNA-Adapted Personalized Treatment in Early Stage NSCLC (ADAPT-E)

Start date: April 8, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this study circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) blood testing is used to detect the residual blood cancer. If residual cancer using this blood test is detected there may be at higher risk of having the cancer return. The study is going to test whether or not the number of circulating cancer cells detected in the blood can be reduced by administration durvalumab after the standard treatment if you are tested positive for the residual cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04580498 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer
