NCT ID: NCT05104515 Recruiting - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

First-in-human Study of OVM-200 as a Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine

Start date: November 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

OVM-200 will be tested in humans for the first time in Study OVM-200-100. Up to 52 patients aged 18-75 with prostate, lung or ovarian cancer will be enrolled in the Study to find out if OVM-200 is safe to continue studying it in patients with cancer. The Study consists of 2 parts: a dose escalation part and a dose expansion part. In the dose escalation part, up to 4 increasing doses of OVM-200 will be evaluated in small groups of cancer patients to find the recommended dose for the expansion part. The recommended dose of OVM-200 will then be given to cancer patients in the dose expansion part to confirm safety and understand how effective it is against their disease and if there are any side effects. Patients who agree to participate in the Study and pass screening will receive 3 doses of OVM-200 in total at 2-week intervals as an injection under the skin. After completing treatment with OVM-200 patients will be followed up for side effects and to monitor changes in their cancer. Patients will stay on the Study for about 6 months in total during which they will have 10 hospital visits. The Study will run at around 5 sites in the UK.

NCT ID: NCT05103605 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Prospective Cohort of Locally Advanced and Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients With Activating EGFR Mutations

POSITHES
Start date: May 12, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is an observational multicenter study. A cross-sectional descriptive study of patients with locally advanced or metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer with activating EGFR mutation treated by any first line therapy will be used to identify cohort with a prospective follow-up of patients initiating a treatment by osimertinib in first line - A cross-sectional descriptive study of all patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with activating EGFR mutation treated by any first line therapy will be collected at the study participating sites. The study which is transversal will allow to characterize the population of patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with activating EGFR mutation treated in first line, the day of first line initiation. - Additionally, a prospective study targeting a cohort of patients focusing on patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with activating EGFR mutation initiating a treatment by osimertinib in first line will be conducted to address describe in real life conditions the 36-months overall survival, patients baseline characteristics, disease evolution, sequencing and treatment patterns, and quality of life

NCT ID: NCT05102214 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

HLX301 (TIGIT×PDL1 Bispecific) in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: May 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 1/2, multicenter, first-in-human, open-label, dose-escalation, dose expansion, and clinical expansion study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy of HLX301 administered as a single-agent by IV infusion every 2 weeks to patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid malignancies, who have failed or are intolerant to standard therapy, or for whom no standard therapy is available. NCT ID: NCT05102110 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Feasibility Study to Investigate Rectal Mucus in Aero-Digestive Tract Cancer.

ORI-EGI-03
Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of the study is to assess the feasibility of genomic and epigenetic analysis of rectal mucus to detect non-colorectal cancers of the aero- digestive tract using samples collected by the OriColâ„¢ Sampling Device. The primary objective of the study is to assess whether significant changes in DNA mutation and methylation associated with Non-colorectal cancers of the Aero- digestive Tract (NCRCADT) can be detected in rectal mucus as shed cells and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) pass through the gut and theoretically can be collected from rectal mucus. Secondary objectives will assess the participant acceptability of the OriColâ„¢ Sampling Device for Upper GI and Lung Pathology as well as contributing to a genomic library collating information about rectal mucus.
