Genomic Investigation of Unusual Responders

Studies have shown that tumors from the same patient may respond very differently to the same therapeutic agents. This study aims to investigate the genetic basis of tumors that respond abnormally well or poorly to therapeutic agents in an effort to understand the fundamental genetic basis of this response. The present protocol seeks to retrospectively perform Exome, next-generation (DNA) sequencing and/or other molecular techniques on tumor samples to identify the genetic basis of a patient's exceptional response to chemotherapy.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of ILIxadencel Administered Into Tumors in Combination With Checkpoint Inhibitor (CPI) in Patients With ADvanced Cancer

Patients in the Phase 1b part of the study will be treated with ilixadencel at an increasing dose and frequency, in combination with standard doses and schedules of checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) pembrolizumab. The Phase 1b study will determine the optimal dose and schedule of ilixadencel. Patients in the Phase 2 part of the study will be randomly assigned to receive either ilixadencel (at the dose determined in Phase 1b) combined with the CPI, or only the CPI. Note: Recruitment to Phase 1b of the study has been completed.

Anlotinib Combined With Docetaxel for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(ALTER-L034)

Anlotinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor in domestic research and development. It can inhibit the angiogenesis related kinase, such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and tumor cell proliferation related kinase -c-Kit kinase. In the phase Ⅲ study, patients who failed at least two kinds of systemic chemotherapy (third line or beyond) or drug intolerance were treated with anlotinib or placebo, the anlotinib group PFS and OS were 5.37 months and 9.63 months, the placebo group PFS and OS were 1.4 months and 6.3 months. Therefore,we envisage using anlotinib plus docetaxel treat the advanced non-small cell lung cancer after the failure of Platinum-Based Doublet-Chemotherapy to further improve the patient's PFS or OS.

A Study to Investigate Atezolizumab Subcutaneous in Patients With Previously Treated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study will evaluate the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of atezolizumab subcutaneous (SC) compared with atezolizumab intravenous (IV) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) who have not been exposed to cancer immunotherapy (CIT) and for whom prior platinum-based therapy has failed. The study is comprised of two parts, as follows: A dose-finding part (Part 1, Phase Ib) will aim to identify the dose of atezolizumab SC to be tested in Part 2. A dose-confirmation part (Part 2, Phase III, randomized) will aim to confirm that the dose moved forward from Part 1 yields drug exposure that is comparable to that of atezolizumab IV.

MGC018 With or Without MGA012 in Advanced Solid Tumors

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) pharmacodynamics and preliminary antitumor activity of vobramitamab duocarmazine (MGC018) in patients with advanced solid tumors. Patients with solid tumors will be enrolled in the Dose Escalation Phase; Cohort Expansion will include metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), and melanoma. Patients who do not experience unacceptable toxicity or meet criteria for permanent discontinuation may undergo additional cycles for up to two years. Patients in Cohort Expansion will be followed for survival every 3 months for 2 years following last dose.

It can inhibit the angiogenesis related kinase, such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and tumor cell proliferation related kinase -c-Kit kinase. In the phase Ⅲ study, patients who failed at least two kinds of systemic chemotherapy (third line or beyond) or drug intolerance were treated with anlotinib(12mg,po. qd. on day 1to14 of a 21-day cycle) or placebo, the anlotinib group PFS and OS were 5.37 months and 9.63 months, the placebo group PFS and OS were 1.4 months and 6.3 months. Subgroup analysis results suggest that elderly patients may get longer mPFS and mOS. Therefore, the investigators envisage an open, single-arm, single-center clinical trial using anlotinib in elderly patients with EGFR wild-type lung adenocarcinoma who refused chemotherapy, to find if anlotinib is a better option in NSCLC second-line therapy.
