Estimation of Vascularization After Treatment of Deep Rectovaginal Endometriosis Node by Rectal Shaving

Indocyanine green is a dye, using in surgery to bring out the intraoperative evaluation of tissue perfusion. After intravenous injection of indocyanine green, using a near infrared light, the vascularisation becomes fluorescent. In endometriosis disease, the treatment of recto vaginal node can be complicated by rectovaginal fistula. An abnormal vascularisation related to the surgery would be a risk factor of post operative fistulas. The aim of this study is to evaluate the rectal and vaginal vascularisation during the treatment of a recto vaginal endometriosis nodule with rectal shaving, using indocyanine green fluorescence.

Allogeneic Mesenchymal Stromal Cells for Angiogenesis and Neovascularization in No-option Ischemic Limbs

The primary objective of this trial is to investigate whether intramuscular administration of allogeneic mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) is safe and potentially effective, assessed as a composite outcome of mortality, limb status, clinical status (Rutherford classification) and pain score (visual analogue scale), in patients with no-option severe limb ischemia (SLI). The investigators will conduct a double-blind, placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial to investigate the effect of allogeneic bone marrow(BM)-derived MSC in patients with SLI, who are not eligible for conventional surgical or endovascular therapies. The investigators intend to include 60 patients, who will be randomized to undergo 30 intramuscular injections with either BM-MSC (30 injection sites with 5*10^6 MSCs each) or placebo in the lower leg of the ischemic extremity. Primary outcome i.e. therapy success, a composite outcome considering mortality, limb status, clinical status (Rutherford classification) and changes in pain score, will be assessed at six months.

Episcleral Brachytherapy for the Treatment of Wet AMD

This is a prospective, multi-site, safety and feasibility study of the SalutarisMD SMD-DA system for retrobulbar minimally invasive episcleral brachytherapy device in patients receiving and not responding to anti-VEGF therapy for nAMD. The trial will be open label and non-randomized. The study intervention is a one-time intervention and requires no alteration to the standard of care during the follow-up period.

Conbercept in Choroidal Neovascularization Secondary to Uveitis

The investigators hypothesize that it is safe and effective to treat patients with choroidal neovascularisation (abnormal blood vessels growing under the retina) secondary to uveitis with Conbercept. This will be a randomized, placebo-controlled trial. 20 patients will receive three injections of Conbercept into the affected eye (and repeated injections if required), and 20 patients will receive three sham injections requiring no needle stick, but making the patient unaware of whether or not he received active treatment. Outcome of the two treatment groups will be compared after one year.
