The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Does a reduced dose of PTCy reduce the occurrence of infections in the first 100 days after transplant? - Does a reduced dose of PTCy maintain the same level of protection against Graft Versus Host Disease (GvHD) as the standard dose of PTCy?
TQ05105 is a class 1 new drug with a new chemical structure developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. It is a Janus Kinase 2 （JAK2）inhibitor and can be used to treat JAK2 target-related diseases. This study is a randomized, open-label, single-center, two-cycle, two-crossover Phase I clinical trial evaluating the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of TQ05105 tablets in healthy adult subjects. The main purpose of this study with corresponding optional expansion is to evaluate the efficacy of selinexor in JAKi-naïve participants with myelofibrosis (MF) and moderate thrombocytopenia based on spleen volume reduction (SVR). Additional efficacy and safety parameters will also be assessed during the study.
This clinical trial tests whether a geriatric optimization plan (GO!) works to improve survival in patients over 60 with a hematologic malignancy or bone marrow failure syndrome eligible for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant. GO! focuses on creating a tailored and specific plan for each patient to make changes in their daily lives. These may include changes to their diet, sleep, activity, medicines, or even referrals to other providers depending on the patient's needs. Studying survival and quality of life in patients over 60 receiving an allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant may help identify the effects of treatment.
The objective of this project is to conduct a pilot randomized trial to assess the preliminary efficacy of a telehealth-delivered Serious Illness Care Program on healthcare communication, patient anxiety and distress, as well as completion of advance directives (specifically MOLST and healthcare proxy forms) for older patients with acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and similar myeloid malignancies.
This is a Phase II study following subjects proceeding with our Institutional non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen followed by a related, unrelated, or partially matched family donor stem cell infusion using post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), sirolimus and MMF GVHD prophylaxis.
