View clinical trials related to Myelodysplastic Syndromes.
Filter by:CC-90009-AML-001 is a phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion, study in subjects with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and relapsed or refractory higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and benefit of nivolumab, ipilimumab or the combination of nivolumab with ipilimumab given after bone marrow transplant for patients with acute myelogenous leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.
This is an open label study of the dose and duration of an orally administered lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor, bomedemstat, in patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Some participants may also receive all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA; also known as tretinoin and Vesanoid®) in combination with bomedemstat. This study investigates the following: - The safety and tolerability of bomedemstat with and without ATRA - The pharmacodynamic effect of different doses of bomedemstat and treatment durations, as well as bomedemstat administered in combination with ATRA - The pharmacokinetics of bomedemstat with and without ATRA
This is a post-authorization, retrospective multicentre observational nationwide study (PAS-OD). It will be conducted by reviewing medical records and database of patients who participated in the validation of the psychometric properties of the GAH study (CEL-GAH-2011-01). In all cases, only data prior to the start date of the study will be collected to ensure its retrospective nature, thereby reflecting routine clinical practice and non-interference in the physician's clinical practice
A Phase 1, an Open-label, Multicenter Phase 1 Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Splicing Modulator H3B-8800 (RVT-2001) for Subjects With Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of omacetaxine in combination with azacitidine and G-CSF in patients with relapsed and/or refractory MDS.
The investigators aim to give an overview of Iron overload(IOL) of patients with AA and low and int-1 risk MDS and their sequelae under different chelation treatment. And the investigators also aim to evaluate the relationship of LIC and T2*/R2*.
The goal of Part 1 of this clinical research study is to learn if ponatinib alone can help to control FLT3-mutated AML or FLT3-mutated high-risk MDS. The safety of this drug will also be studied. The goal of Part 2 of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of ponatinib in combination with 5-azacytidine and to learn if the highest dose level found can help to control FLT3-mutated AML or FLT3-mutated high-risk MDS. The safety of this combination will also be studied.
Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) is a group of heterogeneous diseases characterised by the clonal evolution of dysplastic hematopoietic stem cells. This evolution is associated with accumulation of cytogenetic mutations which leads to acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). Evolution of MDS is also associated with increase of reactive oxygen species (ROS). The increase of ROS is associated with accumulation of cytogenetic mutations. Ascorbic acid (AA) is an actor of the regulation of the oxidative metabolism in the human body. Studies showed that supplementation with AA can change the proliferation status of MDS cells. Adjuvant treatment with AA is associated with a beneficial effect on the evolution of MDS and AML. The present study aim at describing the variations of plasmatic ascorbic acid concentrations between healthy volunteers and patients with myelodysplastic syndromes advanced in their treatment or recently diagnosed during a follow-up of 12 months.
The purpose of this study is to determine the activity of tamibarotene in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) AML (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with azacitidine), R/R higher-risk MDS (HR-MDS) (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with daratumumab), newly diagnosed treatment naïve AML participants who are unlikely to tolerate standard intensive chemotherapy (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with azacitidine), or lower-risk MDS (LR-MDS) (administered as a monotherapy).
