NCT ID: NCT04602338 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Heart Failure, Diastolic

Diagnosis and OutcoMes evaluAtIoN of Multicenter Patients With HFpEF Using Multimodality Imaging

Start date: November 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The incidence of Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) in Heart failure patients increases rapidly. However, the current clinical awareness is insufficient, and the cardiac structural and functional injury are not well understood. It is difficult to recognize the subclinical changes of the cardiac in the early stage with conventional imaging techniques, and it is common to ignore the existence of the clinical alterations. This study aimed to investigate the cardiac features, early diagnosis and risk factors of HFpEF patients, based on the multi-modality (Magnetic resonance imaging- nuclear medicine imaging- echocardiography) imaging and multicenter study, combined with large data and artificial intelligence. This study will provide deep insights into the HFpEF in multicenter population.

NCT ID: NCT01269567 Completed - Clinical trials for Randomized Clinical Trial

Drainage After Rectal Excision for Rectal Cancer

GRECCAR 5
Start date: January 2011
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

After rectal excision, the rate of anastomotic leak and abscess is higher than after colic surgery. In order to limit and avoid the risk of pelvic sepsis after rectal excision, a prophylactic pelvic drainage is usually used. If current data have confirmed the uselessness of drainage in colic surgery, the question stay in abeyance in rectal surgery. This practice had never been evaluated in patients with rectal excision and low anastomosis (patients with a high risk of pelvic sepsis)

NCT ID: NCT01032252 Completed - Clinical trials for Randomized Controlled Trial

Prevention of Falls in General Practitioner for Community-dwelling Older Adults [PreFalls]

Start date: April 2009
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The primary aim of this two-year project for falls prevention is to reduce number of falls and fall incidence in community-dwelling people of 65 years and older in the setting of general practitioners. In addition a reduction of fall-related injuries, reduction of fall-related risk factors and preservation of Quality of Life is to be achieved. A second goal of this study is the implementation of standardized assessment for fall risk factors as well as building up a network between instructors for fall prevention exercise and general practitioners.
