Many clinical trials may not fully explore criteria that are important to some migraine patients' definition of "complete response." This study offers the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of Treximet™ when non-standard criteria are examined (for example, neck pain, irritability or fatigue). Subjects enrolled at 8 investigative sites will complete 2 visits. Subjects will complete a Completeness of Response Survey at Visit 1 considering their usual migraine medication (a triptan) and a Completeness of Response Survey at Visit 2 considering their study medication (Treximet™).

The study is being conducted to explore the safety and effectiveness of a new chemical entity, BGC20-1531, in subjects with a history of migraine. In this study subjects will treat a total of three migraine attacks with two different doses of BGC20-1531 and placebo, with at least one week wash out period between doses.

The following study is being conducted to explore the safety and effectiveness of a new chemical entity called NXN-188 in subjects with a history of migraine with aura. In this study subjects will treat two attacks of migraine with aura during the aura phase - once with placebo and once with NXN-188.
This study will evaluate the exposure of sumatriptan after administration of TREXIMA (sumatriptan 85mg/naproxen sodium 500mg) followed by a subcutaneous IMITREX injection (4mg or 6mg) 2 hours later compared to administration of a IMITREX 100mg tablet followed by a IMITREX 100mg tablet 2 hours later.
This is a 2 visit research study for patients with or without a diagnosis of migraine. Participants will be administered informed consent, have a medical history taken and a physical examination performed, and complete 3 questionnaires at the first visit. The participants will have a functional MRI performed after completion of Visit 1. Study stipends will be given for each completed research visit. The purpose of this study is to potentially identify risk factors and/or biomarkers (which are differences in the brain structures)by comparing the brain MRI scans of migraine sufferers to brain scans of control persons to attempt to identify migraine progression using the functional MRI scans.
