This is a phase Ib, open, mono-center, dose-escalation, tolerability and pharmacokinetic study evaluating the Recombinant Humanized Anti-PD-1 mAb for Injection in combination with Axitinib in patients with advanced kidney cancer and melanoma who have failed in routine systemic treatment.
CMP-001-002 is a Phase 1b study of CMP-001 administered to participants with advanced melanoma who are either receiving pembrolizumab, or who have previously received an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (anti-PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) therapy for advanced melanoma, and who have not responded (that is, immunotherapy resistant). This study will be conducted in two parts: Part 1 will consist of a Dose Escalation Phase and a Dose Expansion Phase - Dose Escalation Phase will be conducted to assess and identify a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CMP-001 for subcutaneous (SC) administration - The Dose Expansion Phase is intended to further characterize the safety, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary evidence of antitumor activity of the RP2D of CMP-001 administered SC in combination with pembrolizumab Part 2 will assess the safety and preliminary evidence of antitumor activity of CMP-001, administered both SC and intratumoral (IT) when given in combination with pembrolizumab. Participants will continue treatment with CMP-001 in combination with pembrolizumab as long as they do not experience unacceptable toxicities and when continued treatment, is in the participant's best interest according to the Investigator.
The primary aim of this study is to investigate the possibility to replace an erythrocyte based prime solution with a crystalloid based prime solution while maintaining metabolic function. Secondary also to study if potentially reduced immunological influence is obtained during hyper thermic isolated limb perfusion with a crystalloid based prime solution.
This study evaluates if melanoma patients who report their side effects to immunotherapy weekly by the use of ePRO-CTCAE will experience an overall reduction of grade 3 and 4 events with 50% compared to routine monitoring carried out every 3 weeks.

This phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of autologous CD8 positive (+) SLC45A2-specific T lymphocytes when given together with cyclophosphamide, aldesleukin, and ipilimumab, and to see how well they work in treating patients with uveal melanoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). To make specialized CD8+ T cells, researchers separate out T cells collected from patients' blood and treat them so they are able to target melanoma cells. The blood cells are then given back to the patients. This is known as "adoptive T cell transfer" or "adoptive T cell therapy." Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, may work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Biological therapies, such as aldesleukin, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving autologous CD8+ SLC45A2-specific T lymphocytes together with cyclophosphamide, aldesleukin, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with metastatic uveal melanoma.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether an investigational immunotherapy Nivolumab, when combined with Ipilimumab, is more effective than Nivolumab by itself, in delaying the return of cancer in patients who have had a complete surgical removal of stage IIIb/c/d or stage IV Melanoma
There are 2 fold of purposes for this study. 1 is to evaluate safety and tolerability and the other is to study the anti-tumor effects of talimogene laherparepvec in Japanese participants with unresectable stage IIIB-IV malignant melanoma.
This is a pilot study to evaluate feasibility, safety, and preliminary evidence of efficacy for intravenously administered, RNA electroporated autologous T cells expressing MET chimeric antigen receptors with tandem TCRζ and 4-1BB (TCRζ /4-1BB) co-stimulatory domains (referred to as "RNA CART-cMET") in patients with advanced melanoma or breast carcinoma.
