Long-term Follow-up Study for Patients Previously Treated With a Juno CAR T-Cell Product

This study will provide long-term follow-up for patients who have received treatment with a Juno CAR T-cell product in a Juno-sponsored clinical trial. In this study, patients will be followed for up to 15 years after their last dose of Juno CAR T cells for evaluation of delayed adverse events, presence of persisting CAR T-cell vector sequences, presence of replication-competent retrovirus (RCR) or lentivirus (RCL), and survival.

A Study of Cirmtuzumab and Ibrutinib in Patients With B-Cell Lymphoid Malignancies

This is a Phase 1b/2 study to investigate the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug, cirmtuzumab, when given in combination with ibrutinib in patients with B-cell lymphoid malignancies. Cirmtuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that attaches to a protein (called ROR1) that is found on hematologic tumor cells. ROR1 has been shown to play a role in cell signaling that cause leukemia and lymphoma cells to grow and survive. ROR1 is rarely found on healthy cells.

TLR9 Agonist SD-101, Anti-OX40 Antibody BMS 986178, and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Low-Grade B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of the anti-OX40 antibody BMS-986178 when given together with the TLR9 agonist SD-101 and radiation therapy in treating patients with low-grade B-cell Non-Hodgkin lymphomas. TLR9 agonist SD-101 may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Anti-OX40 antibody is a monoclonal antibody that enhances the activation of T cells, immune cells that are important for fighting tumors Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and may make them more easily detected by the immune system. Giving TLR9 agonist SD-101 together with anti-OX40 antibody BMS 986178 and radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with low-grade B-cell non-hodgkin lymphomas.

A Study of Ixazomib and Ibrutinib in Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that has relapsed (come back) or refractory (progressed on treatment) will receive ixazomib and ibrutinib. Ibrutinib has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as treatment for patients with mantle cell lymphoma who have received at least one prior therapy. Ixazomib is in a class of medications called proteasome inhibitors. Cancer cells depend on proteasome to provide this protein metabolism (turnover) function to regulate their growth and survival. Ixazomib disrupts a cancer cells' ability to survive by blocking the proteasome and disrupting protein metabolism. This may help to slow down the growth of cancer or may cause cancer cells to die. The purpose of this study is to see whether the addition of ixazomib to ibrutinib chemotherapy is effective in treating people who have relapsed or refractory MCL and to examine the side effects associated with ixazomib in combination with ibrutinib.
