Filter by:The MyBrain study investigates the brain function of children, adolescents and young adults during and after chemo treatment for cancer. The tests include 1) cognitive skills such as memory and attention; 2) the brain's electrical activity; 3) and biological markers related to brain function. The aim of the study is to better understand the trajectories of cognitive functioning and measures that have been associated with cognitive impairment in patients treated with chemotherapy.
Tumour lysis syndrome (TLS) occurs as a consequence of the rapid destruction of malignant cells, spontaneously and/or in response to cytotoxic agents and immunotherapies. TLS is a feature of highly proliferative diseases with heavy tumor burden, such as high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL, typically Burkitt's lymphoma). We evaluated fractionating first rituximab dose to prevent TLS in a real-life B-cell NHL cohort of patients treated at University Hospital of Geneva between 2010 and 2020.

Patients with newly diagnosed, pathologically confirmed NK/T-cell lymphoma of stage III-IV treated with XCOPL regimen. 3 weeks for a cycle, with a total of 6-8 cycles.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and response of combining Pirtobrutinib and Glofitimab in patients with relapsed MCL. The main question it aims to answer are: - Will additive and synergistic effects be observed when using a combination of glofitamab and pirtobrutinib? - Will this combination be safe and lead to high complete- and remission rates with no residual disease? Pirtobrutinib will be given to all participants as an oral tablet for the duration of the entire study. Participants will receive other treatment in 3 phases: 1. Treatment Ramp-Up 1. Treatment with Obinutuzumab by Intravenous (IV) 2. An initial dose level of Glofitamab will evaluate step-up dosing. If excessive adverse events are observed, a lower initial dose will be used. 2. Fixed course combination phase: Treatment with Glofitamab by IV 3. Maintenance phase: Glofitamab is discontinued. 200mg oral daily
