NCT ID: NCT03207789 Enrolling by invitation - T-cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

T-cell Brazil: Prospective Collection of Data in T-cell Lymphomas Patients

Tcell-Brazil
Start date: January 1, 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The designed study follows up on the previous one by the international T-cell project (Bellei et al,, 2012) and its purpose is to verify whether a prospective collection of data would permit access to more accurate information permitting a better definition of prognosis and investigation of more adequate treatment strategies for these neoplasms. The analysis of patients distributed in all five macro regions of the country and a comparison among them will provide a real picture of the disease in Brazil, limiting the bias probably found in the previous projects.

NCT ID: NCT03206970 Completed - Clinical trials for Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of BGB-3111 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)

Start date: March 2, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of zanubrutinib in participants with centrally confirmed relapsed or refractory MCL.

NCT ID: NCT03206918 Completed - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Efficacy and Safety of Zanubrutinib in Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Start date: March 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a single-arm, open-label, multi-center Phase 2 study in participants with histologically documented CLL/SLL who have relapsed after or refractory to ≥ 1 prior treatment regimen(s). The study is composed of an initial screening phase, a single-arm treatment phase, and a follow-up phase.

NCT ID: NCT03206671 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Treatment Protocol of the NHL-BFM and the NOPHO Study Groups for Mature Aggressive B-cell Lymphoma and Leukemia in Children and Adolescents

B-NHL 2013
Start date: August 3, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The trial B-NHL 2013 is a collaborative prospective, multi-national, multi-center, randomized trial with participating centers of the NHL-BFM group (Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany) and the Scandinavian NOPHO group (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden). The aim of the trial is to evaluate the role of rituximab in the treatment of mature aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and leukemia (B-NHL and B-AL) in children and adolescents. The following primary study questions are going to be analyzed: - the effectiveness (event-free survival) in pediatric patients with very limited mature B-NHL (R1 and R2 stage I and II) of substituting anthracyclines by the rituximab window without compromising survival rates. - the effectiveness (event-free survival) in pediatric patients with limited mature B-NHL (R2 stage III) randomly assigned to receive the rituximab window plus standard chemotherapy or standard chemotherapy without the rituximab window. - the effectiveness (event-free survival) and the immune reconstitution (recovery of CD19+ B-cells, IR) in pediatric patients with advanced mature B-NHL/B-AL (R3 and R4 incl. R4 CNS+) treated with BFM-type chemotherapy and randomly assigned schedules of one versus seven doses rituximab. Secondary study questions will address - additional parameters for immune reconstitution, lymphocyte subpopulations, immunoglobulin levels, vaccination titers and infection rates - kinetics of immune reconstitution after treatment - adverse event and severe adverse event profile - inter-individual variability of rituximab response - role of different mechanisms of action of rituximab in advanced B-NHL/B-AL

NCT ID: NCT03205891 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma

Study of Brentuximab Vedotin Plus TAK228 for Relapsed/Refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma, Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma and Other CD30+Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas

Start date: March 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of TAK228 that can be given in combination with brentuximab vedotin in patients with lymphoma. The safety of this combination will also be studied. This is an investigational study. TAK228 is not FDA approved or commercially available. It is currently being used for research purposes only. Brentuximab vedotin is FDA approved and commercially available for the treatment of different types of lymphoma. The study doctor can explain how the study drugs are designed to work. Up to 18 participants will be enrolled in this study. All will take part at MD Anderson.

NCT ID: NCT03205176 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

AZD5153 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors, Including Lymphomas

Start date: June 30, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-time-in-man (FTIM) multicenter, dose escalation study designed to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of AZD5153 in patients with malignant solid tumors, including lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT03201471 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Chidamide With R-CHOP Regimen for DLBCL Patients

DLBCL
Start date: August 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

It's a prospective, single arm, open label phase II clinical trial, in which the safety and efficacy of Chidamide plus R-CHOP regimen is accessed in de novo DLBCL patients, who have received 2 courses of R-CHOP but only achieved PR or whose MRD tests for ctDNA revealed positive results. abbreviation: R-CHOP: the chemo-therapy regimen composed of Rituximab, cyclophosphoamide, etoposide, vincristine and prednisone. PR: partial remission; MRD:minimal residual disease;

NCT ID: NCT03199066 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL)

Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma - Observational Epidemiological and Clinical Study (NiHiL)

Start date: January 1, 1999
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The Czech National Lymphoma Registry (NiHiL) was founded to monitor epidemiologic data and improve the diagnostic evaluation and quality of treatment of patients with non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma (NHL). The patients are registered into the registry in anonymized form. For each patient are available: registration form, diagnostic form, treatment form, follow- up form, and other malignancy form. Data quality in the NiHiL has been checked by audits. The data is analyzed according to NHL subtypes with endpoints: lymphoma distribution, epidemiological data, prognostic characteristic, treatment characteristics, response rate, relapse rate, mortality, PFS, OS, DFS, Lymphoma specific survival, longterm toxicity.
