NCT ID: NCT03564704 Recruiting - Leukemia Clinical Trials

Precision Diagnosis Directing HDACi Chidamide Target Therapy for Adult T-LBL/ALL

Start date: February 14, 2016
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Based on the pediatric-inspired, PEG-L-asparaginase-intensified and MRD-directed PDT-ALL-2016 protocol, this open-label, one-arm, multi-site trial PDT-ALL-LBL is aimed to evaluate the safety and effect of oral histone deacetylase inhibitor chidamide for adult T-ALL/LBL. Compared to PDT-ALL-2016 for B-ALL, HDACi chidamide will be administrated from induction therapy to maintenance therapy, along with higher dose of consolidation regimen of cytarabine, methotrexate, cyclophosphamide.

NCT ID: NCT03560752 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

CMV-MVA Triplex Vaccination of Stem Cell Donors in Preventing CMV Viremia in Participants With Allogeneic Transplant

Start date: August 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well multi-peptide CMV-modified vaccinia Ankara (CMV-MVA Triplex) vaccination of stem cell donors works in preventing cytomegalovirus (CMV) viremia in participants with blood cancer undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Giving a vaccine to the donors may boost the recipient's immunity to this virus and reduce the chance of CMV disease after transplant.

NCT ID: NCT03558750 Terminated - Clinical trials for Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Rituximab, Lenalidomide, and Nivolumab in Treating Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Germinal Center Type Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma or Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

Start date: June 14, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given in combination with rituximab and nivolumab and how well they work in treating participants with non-germinal center type diffuse large B cell lymphoma or primary central nervous system lymphoma that has come back or isn't responding to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab and nivolumab, may interfere with ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving rituximab, lenalidomide, and nivolumab may work better in treating participants with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03558412 Recruiting - Clinical trials for T-lymphoblastic Lymphoma

A Clinical Trial of Decitabine in Relapsed or Refractory T-lymphoblastic Lymphoma

Start date: June 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

To explore the safety, tolerability, and clinical effects of decitabine combined with Second-line chemotherapy regimens for patients with relapsed or refractory T-lymphoblastic lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03556748 Recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

WB-EMS and Nutrition in Patients With Hematological Malignancies

Start date: November 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the effects of a whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) training combined with individualized nutritional support on skeletal muscle mass, body composition, muscle strength/function, quality of life, fatigue, pain and gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with hematological malignancies 4-6 weeks before and 4-6 weeks after undergoing stem cell Transplantation. Within this context, this study also investigates the effect of the nutrition and exercise intervention on the period of hospitalization, period of White blood cell recovery and frequency and severity of complications (mucositis, Graft-versus-Host-Disease, infections) after stem cell Transplantation as consequences of the therapeutic immune Suppression.

NCT ID: NCT03553914 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

PLM60 for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL)

Start date: January 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1-2, randomized, multicenter, open label study of PLM60 administered via intravenous (IV) infusion in 28 day treatment cycles to adult participants with relapsed or refractory Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL).

NCT ID: NCT03553537 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Efficacy and Safety of Decitabine Plus CHOP vs CHOP in Patients With Untreated Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: June 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Primary objective of the study is to compare the efficacy and safety of decitabine plus CHOP (D-CHOP) versus CHOP alone in patients with previously untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).

NCT ID: NCT03552692 Terminated - Clinical trials for T-Cell Lymphoma Relapsed

Use of Venetoclax as Single Agent in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory BCL-2 Positive Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Start date: September 25, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The FIL_VERT study is a phase II, open label, multicenter clinical trial. The primary of objective of the Study is to evaluate the efficacy of Venetoclax ABT-199/GDC-0199) in terms of overall response rate (ORR) in patients with relapsed/refractory BCL-2 positive peripheral T cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) and other nodal T-cell lymphomas of T-follicular helper origin (TFH)
