The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term response duration with Camrelizumab plus decitabine in relapsed or refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04508647 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Ublituximab Followed by Response-driven Addition of Umbralisib for Treatment-naive Follicular or Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Start date: November 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, Phase II interventional study in order to assess efficacy and safety of single agent ublituximab as initial therapy for FL (Follicular lymphoma) and MZL (Marginal zone lymphoma ) with response driven addition of umbralisib for suboptimal response.

NCT ID: NCT04504708 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion Study of ZX-101A in Patients With Relapsed/Resistant or Refractory Advanced Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: February 17, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

ZX-101A-101 is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label, multicenter, multiple-ascending dose study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic, and preliminary antitumor activity of ZX-101A administered orally (PO) once daily (QD) in 28-day cycles in patients with relapsed/resistant or refractory advanced hematologic malignancies [Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL), indolent NHL, and other NHL subtypes).

NCT ID: NCT04504526 Recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Value of Chemokine Receptor CXCR4 Imaging for Diagnosis and Prognostic Evaluation in Lymphoproliferative Diseases

Start date: August 7, 2020
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Chemokine receptor CXCR4 is normally expressed on T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils and eosinophils as well as hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) in the bone marrow. 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT represents a promising method for the in vivo assessment of the CXCR4 expression status in cancer patients, especially in hematologic malignancies. This prospective study is going to investigate whether metabolic characterization by 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT may be superior for diagnosis, risk stratification, and the prognostic evaluation in lymphoproliferative diseases.

NCT ID: NCT04503538 Withdrawn - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Telemedicine for Early Detection of Cytokine Release Syndrome and Neurotoxicity

Start date: December 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research is to replace one of participants' outpatient chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy follow up visits with a virtual or "telemedicine" visit. The telemedicine visit will use an electronic tablet with a camera and a microphone that allows participants to communicate with their physicians and nurses. Participants will be provided with the necessary equipment to complete these visits.

NCT ID: NCT04502706 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-hodgkin Lymphoma

Study of GS-0189 (Formerly FSI-189) as Monotherapy and in Combination With Rituximab in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: November 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of GS-0189 (formerly FSI-189) as monotherapy and in combination with rituximab in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

NCT ID: NCT04502394 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
