Efficacy and Safety Study of Fostamatinib Disodium Tablets to Treat T-Cell Lymphoma

Patients meeting specific inclusion and exclusion criteria will be enrolled in two stages, 19 patients in Stage 1 and 36 patients in Stage 2. Stage 2 will enroll if 4 or more patients exhibit a response at Week 8 or later in the study. All enrolled patients will be treated with Fostamatinib Disodium until disease progression. Efficacy will be assessed by tumor measurements using CT and PET (when indicated) scans and physical exam at baseline, and scans and physical exam of all disease-involved areas every 8 weeks until progression. Safety will be assessed by periodic physical exams, clinical laboratory studies, and adverse events. All patients will have a follow-up visit 30 days following last study drug treatment. Blood samples for PK assessment will be obtained from all patients enrolled in Stage 1 at protocol defined intervals.

A Nordic Phase II Study of PTCL Based on Dose-intensive Induction and High-dose Consolidation With ASCT

This is a phase II prospective non-randomised clinical trial in newly diagnosed and previously untreated adult patients in the age range 18-60 (67) years with peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The treatment schedule will consist of three phases: induction and high-dose consolidation, followed by autologous stem cell rescue. There will be two different induction schedules: one for patients in the age range 18-60 years and one for patients aged over 60 years.

The goal of this clinical research study is to find out how well the drug Zolinza (vorinostat) works in combination with the drug combination called CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) to treat patients with untreated T-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). The safety of these drugs in combination and the best dose of vorinostat when given in combination with CHOP will also be studied.

This is an open label, prospective study to evaluate therapeutic potential of Tazarotene 0.1% cream for the treatment of Stage I-IIA CTCL. Patients with Stage I-IIA disease are enrolled into the study. Tazarotene will be used for up to 24 weeks and patients will be followed for up to 12 months.

Killer Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Transcripts Expression for the Diagnosis of Epidermotropic Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma

The most frequent cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) are mycosis fungoid and Sezary syndrome. The diagnosis of these lymphomas is difficult using current methods, especially because numerous benign dermatological conditions can mimick CTCL both clinically and under microscopic examination. Recently, the KIR receptor CD158k has been shown to be a marker for Sezary syndrome in both the blood and skin. We hypothesize that other receptors from the same family may help fro the diagnosis of these lymphomas. To address this issue, we will study the expression of all known KIR receptor in the skin of patients presenting with a skin eruption, which may correspond to either a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or a benign dermatological disease. The final diagnosis will be established by a panel of experts, allowing constitution of 2 groups of patients : the cutaneous T-cell lymphoma group, and the benign inflammatory disease group. The expression of the different KIRs will be analyzed in both group in a blinded fashion, in order to determine whether one or a several KIRs may be differentially expressed.
