Filter by:This research study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of administering venetoclax and inotuzumab ozogamicin in combination in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - Venetoclax - Inotuzumab ozogamicin - Dexamethasone
Obrutinib is a highly selective BTKi and has shown efficacy in CLL/MCL. This study aims to investigate the initial efficacy and safety of obrutinib combined with R2 regimen in the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD20+B cell lymphoma
This study is an open-label, multicenter Phase II study of capivasertib administered orally in participants with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
This study enrolled patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma treated with polatuzumab vedotin-based chemoimmunotherapies. Patients were allowed to use chemotherapy regimens other than Rituximab and Bendamustine and transplantation following polatuzumab vedotin was also allowed.
Product: PSB202 is a novel biological entity consisting of two engineered monoclonal antibodies, an Fc-enhanced humanized type II anti-CD20 IgG1 (PSB102) and a humanized anti-CD37 IgG1 (PSB107), that target B-cells. PSB202 is manufactured to work as a single product with the two components of PSB202 enabling a distinct dual target-specific antibody directed cell killing of B-cells. Study: Multi-center-, International Phase 1a/1b (Escalation/Expansion) study in patients with indolent-, relapsed-, B-cell malignancies. The Phase 1a (Dose Escalation) part of study follows a 3+3 design.
This phase I trial identifies the best dose and side effects of CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 (CAS3/SS3) in combination with localized radiation therapy in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). CAS3/SS3 simultaneously targets two molecules, TLR9 receptor and STAT3. This investigational drug combines a CpG oligonucleotide and an siRNA in one molecule that act together to interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving CAS3/SS3 with localized radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells.
This is an open-label, multi-center Phase 1/2 study of oral LP-168 in patients with CLL/SLL and NHL who have failed or are intolerant to standard of care.
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the safety and dosing of the study drugs, KITE-363 and KITE-753, in participants with relapsed and/or refractory B-cell lymphoma.
This is a First-in-Human Phase I trial of ATG-101 in Patients with Metastatic/Advanced Solid Tumors and Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas.
The realMIND study is a multicenter, observational study intended to further characterize the safety and effectiveness data of US patients (with a focus on racial and ethnic minority patients) with relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), treated with tafasitamab in combination with lenalidomide.
