Filter by:With the increased incidence of lung cancer and prevalence of low dose CT screening, treating of early lung cancer has becoming an important issue in the clinical practice of thoracic oncology. In this clinical study, the investigators will evaluate whether superDimension (superD) ENB (Electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy) in combination with interstitial photodynamic therapy can provide the chance of tumor eradication.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of Apatinib in combination with AP(Pemetrexed/Carboplatin) or AC(Pemetrexed/Carboplatin) as first-line chemotherapy in subjects with advanced EGFR wild type non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).
This randomized clinical trial studies the Beating Lung Cancer in Ohio protocol in improving survival in patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. The Beating Lung Cancer in Ohio protocol may help in evaluating immunotherapies and targeted therapies that prolong survival, have more favorable toxicity profiles than conventional chemotherapy and impact quality of life.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of natural killer (NK) cell and natural killer T (NKT) cell-based immunotherapy in subjects with non small cell lung cancer.
The third generation of CAR-T cells that target GPC3, Mesothelin, Claudin18.2, GUCY2C, B7-H3, PSCA, PSMA, MUC1, TGFβ, HER2, Lewis-Y, AXL, or EGFR have been constructed respectively and their anti-cancer function has been verified by multiple in vitro and in vivo studies.Clinical studies will be performed to test the anti-cancer function of the these individual or combination of the CAR-T cells for immunotherapy of human cancer patients with GPC3, Mesothelin, Claudin18.2, GUCY2C, B7-H3, PSCA, PSMA, MUC1, TGFβ, HER2, Lewis-Y, AXL, or EGFR expressions. In this phase I study, the safety, tolerance, and preliminary efficacy of the GPC3/Mesothelin/Claudin18.2/GUCY2C/B7-H3/PSCA/PSMA/MUC1/TGFβ/HER2/Lewis-Y/AXL/EGFR -CAR-T cell immunotherapy on human cancers will firstly be tested.
To reveal changes of peripheral markers and blood perfusion parameters in vivo tumor in the study of QL1101 and Avastin® in patients with Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
The purpose of this study to preliminarily evaluate the safety and efficacy of High Efficient Killing Cell Therapy for refractory and advanced non-small cell lung cancer
This study prospectively evaluates whether the use of iCAGES (integrated CAncer GEnome Score) tool in guiding the treatment of advanced cancers is superior to current standard care or IHC-guided therapy in progress free survival (PFS),overall survival (OS),and improvement of life quality.
A multi-center prospective randomized trial in Taiwan to investigate whether sublobar resection, as compared to lobectomy, can offer equivalent clinical results to treat early non-small cell lung cancer.
This is a phase 2/3, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in combination in participants with unresectable, advanced or metastatic NSCLC determined to harbor oncogenic somatic mutations or positive by tumor mutational burden (TMB) assay as identified by two blood-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) assays.
