Filter by:The main purpose of this study is to find out what effects (good and bad) ceritinib (Zykadia®) used in combination with docetaxel (Taxotere®) will have on participants and their cancer. The results will help to determine the best safe dose of the combination of the medications Ceritinib (Zykadia®) and docetaxel (Taxotere®) and to find out if this combination of drugs will help people that have this type of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
This randomized controlled trial (RCT) will test if weekly supplementary internet-based self-monitoring of 12 core symptoms can increase survival in Danish lung cancer patients during follow-up or maintenance treatment. A threshold mechanism will automatically send an alert to the hospital in case of alarming or worsening symptoms and the patient will be contacted by the treating clinicians.
To assess treatment effectiveness and safety of oral X-396 capsule (Ensartinib) administered to Chinese patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) that is confirmed to be positive for a c-ROS Oncogene (ROS1) positive gene mutation (translocation or inversion).
Patients with medically inoperable primary soft tissue lesion of the lung will have transbronchial microwave ablation performed via transbronchial approach by an interventional pulmonologist or thoracic surgeon using CT imaging. Prior to the ablation procedure, the treating physician will use endobronchial ultrasound to confirm staging. Patients will be followed for one year following the ablation procedure for efficacy and safety.
Open-label, Phase I-II, first-in-human (FIH) study for A166 monotherapy in HER2-expressing or amplified patients who progressed on or did not respond to available standard therapies. Patients must have documented HER2 expression or amplification. The patient must have exhausted available standard therapies. Patients will receive study drug as a single IV infusion. Cycles will continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
This is a Phase Ib/II clinical trial to evaluate the feasibility of administering talimogene laherparepvec into the intrapleural space of subjects with malignant pleural effusion through a pleurX catheter.
This is a non-intervention patient registry to gather data on the use of photodynamic therapy under real-life conditions. It will involve up to 20 sites in USA.
The purpose of this investigation is to confirm the clinical accuracy of the superDimension™ Navigation System Version 7.2 with Fluoroscopic Navigation Technology.
This study is designed to identify the predictive biomarker for immunotherapy using patient samples (tumor tissue, blood, fecal material) who treated with immune checkpoint inhibitor.
This is an open-label Phase I/II study, with a dose escalation part (Phase I) and a single-arm part (Phase II), in patients with recurrent SCLC who progressed after first-line platinum-based chemotherapy and who are candidates for second line therapy. No PK evaluation is planned in this study as nivolumab and ipilimumab are unlikely to alter plinabulin's PK, since the route of excretion is different.
