Filter by:The purpose of this research study is to determine the acceptable upper limit dose of nivolumab in combination with dasatinib that may be given to patients with relapsed/refractory philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). Nivolumab is currently Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for other cancers, but has not yet been investigated in Ph+ ALL. Dasatinib is currently FDA approved for the treatment of Ph+ ALL, but has not yet been investigated in combination with nivolumab for this disease. There is evidence that dasatinib not only blocks the Philadelphia chromosome or breakpoint cluster region-Abelson murine leukemia viral oncogene homolog 1 (BCR-ABL) mutation, but also increases the activity of cells in your immune system. Nivolumab increases T cells in your immune system, which allows your immune system to attack the cancer. We think the combination of these drugs will be more effective against your leukemia than either drug used alone.

This is a Phase I, single-center, open label, prospective, single-arm, dose-escalation and multi-dose study evaluating the use of ibrutinib in combination with dasatinib and prednisone therapy.
The objective of the present study is to evaluate a new drug called bosutinib as it is believed that this agent may be able to predict an excellent prognosis in patients that did not obtain any benefit with other drugs before. Still, this needs to be proved and we hope this study is able to do so.
This is a single arm, open-label, multi-center study to determine the efficacy and safety of an experimental therapy called CART-19 in patients with chemo-refractory and relapsed B-cell ALL.
Relapsed acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) requires remission prior to allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) for optimal survival, but is a disease with poor response to chemotherapy. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) haploidentical, Natural killer (NK) enriched peripheral blood cell infusions have shown safety in patients with poor prognosis AML. Though not powered for such an assessment, this trial showed a promising but not statistically significant trend in remission rate. NK cell therapy was limited by small numbers of NK cells attainable through leukapheresis. We have now demonstrated that large numbers of NK cells can be propagated ex vivo from a small volume blood draw, obviating the need for donor leukapheresis. The purpose of this trial is to determine the feasibility and maximum tolerated dose of expanded NK cells and estimate the toxicity of treating relapsed/refractory AML with fludarabine + high-dose cytarabine + G-CSF (FLAG) chemotherapy followed by haploidentical expanded natural killer (NK) cells. The first NK cell dosing cohort will be well below the currently-established safe dose of pheresis-derived NK cells, as expanded NK cells may have increased toxicity because of their activated phenotype. In order to avoid accruing patients at suboptimal doses, a dose escalation schema based on the principles of an accelerated titration design is used in this study to allow expeditious advancement up to the current safe dose of NK cells.
This study aims to evaluate the safety and feasibility of UCART19 to induce molecular remission in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
You are being asked to take part in this study because you either had Ph positive B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or still have a small amount of the disease and recently received an allogeneic stem cell transplant (cells from someone else). The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if blinatumomab in patients who have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant can help to control ALL or prevent ALL from coming back in patients who either have a small amount of ALL or have had ALL in the past. The safety of this drug will also be studied.
The purpose of this study is to determine the activity of tamibarotene in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) AML (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with azacitidine), R/R higher-risk MDS (HR-MDS) (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with daratumumab), newly diagnosed treatment naïve AML participants who are unlikely to tolerate standard intensive chemotherapy (administered as a monotherapy or in combination with azacitidine), or lower-risk MDS (LR-MDS) (administered as a monotherapy).
A Phase 2 study to investigate the antitumor activity in terms of overall response rate (ORR) of tipifarnib in approximately 36 eligible subjects with Myelodysplastic/Myeloproliferative Neoplasias (MDS/MPN), including Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML), and 36 eligible subjects with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Subjects (amendment 3 Cohorts 1-4) will receive tipifarnib administered at a dose of 400 mg, orally with food, twice a day (bid) for 21 days in 28 day cycles.
