Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) diagnosis include urography using computed tomography urography (CTU) or urography using MRI (MRU). The sensitivity of CTU decreases substan¬tially with decreasing lesion size. Other drawbacks of CTU include the radiation exposure and potential adverse effects in patients with allergic reactions or pre-existing renal impairment. In terms of urine cytology, the major drawbacks of urine cytology are low sensitivity and highly dependent of the experience and skills of the cytopathologist. We here intended to investigate whether UroCAD can be added in the diagnostic work-up of UTUC patient, and improve the accuracy of predicting UTUC before surgery.
Healthy infants were enrolled to receive three dimensional craniofacial photography regularly at their age of one month, two month, four month, six month, nine month and twelve month. All the image data was analyzed to reveal infants' craniofacial development.
- The surgical method for breast cancer is determined according to the size and location of the remaining lesions after prior chemotherapy. - There are many patients who were able to undergo partial resection when confirming the final results of patients who underwent total resection after prior chemotherapy. - Therefore, we would like to investigate whether it is effective to make decisions based on the results of pre-operative tests after prior chemotherapy.
It is considered that whether or not the accompanying invasive cancer classified through MRI images of breast cancer patients identified as Ductal Carcinoma in situ (DCIS) through preoperative tissue biopsy is significantly consistent with the postoperative stage. Therefore, this study intend to evaluate the effectiveness as a diagnostic tool that can help determine the axillary lymph node surgery by predicting the possibility of post-operative up-staging using magnetic resonance imagings of breast cancer patients who have been identified as ductal carcinoma in situ and are scheduled for surgery.
