- Essential hypertension

Exclusion Criteria:

- History of Myocardial Infarction

- Diabetes Mellitus

- Renal Failure

- Orthopedic problems

Allocation: Randomized, Intervention Model: Single Group Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Screening
