Filter by:The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of TNX-650 for Injection when administered to patients with refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Primary Objectives: 1. To determine the toxicity profile of multiple doses of bortezomib when given with ICE in patients with relapsed and refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). 2. To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of bortezomib when given in combination with ICE chemotherapy in patients with relapsed and refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Secondary Objectives: - To determine the overall response rate and complete response rate in patients with relapsed and refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL).
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. It is not yet known which combination chemotherapy regimen is more effective in treating Hodgkin's lymphoma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying different combination chemotherapy regimens to compare how well they work in treating young patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. Diagnostic procedures, such as fludeoxyglucose F 18 positron emission tomography (FDG-PET scan), may help doctors predict a patient's response to treatment and help plan the best treatment. It is not yet known whether FDG-PET scan-guided therapy is more effective than standard therapy in treating Hodgkin's lymphoma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying FDG-PET scan-guided therapy to see how well it works compared with standard therapy in treating patients with previously untreated stage I or stage II Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Phase I study to define the safety profile and pharmacokinetic parameters of SGN-35 in patients with relapsed/refractory CD30-positive hematologic malignancies. This is a single-arm, open-label, Phase I dose escalation study designed to define the MTD, PK, immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity of SGN-35 in patients with relapsed/refractory CD30-positive hematologic malignancies.
The aim of the proposed study is to assess endothelial function and IMT, as correlates of cardiovascular disease (CVD), in young adult Hodgkin's disease (HD) survivors, and to relate endothelial function to other risk factors including obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperinsulinemia and fasting glucose.
1. To determine the feasibility and toxicity of employing allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation after intensive but non-myeloablative chemotherapy in patients with relapsed Hodgkin's disease (HD). 2. To determine the engraftment kinetics and degree of chimerism that can be achieved with this strategy. 3. To assess the antitumor activity of this approach in high-risk HD patients and the possible presence of a graft-vs-HD effect.

Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill cancer cells. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) together with radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying how well giving combination chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy works in treating young patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill cancer cells. Giving combination chemotherapy together with radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying the side effects and how well giving combination chemotherapy together with radiation therapy works in treating young patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
