NCT ID: NCT06190457 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

Safety and Efficacy of Intrathecal Rituximab in 16 Children of Stage Ⅲ、ⅣNon-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: September 30, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Objective: This study demonstrated that the efficacy and safety of intrathecal(IT) rituximab in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) in children. Methods: We reported 16 children were histologically diagnosed as stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ NHL from September 2015 to December 2020 who received IT rituximab in Pediatric Oncology of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital were restrospectively analyzed. The clinical manifestations, central nervous system involvement, treatment plan and prognosis of patients were analyzed.... ALL patients were pathologically positive for CD20 received the modified NHL-BFM 95, while IT rituximab was arranged the day before the chemotherapy, which was simultaneously used with the intravenous infusion of rituximab. The median time of doses received by each patient was 5 times, every three weeks, with the IT dose of 10 mg,15 mg, and 20 mg in increments.

NCT ID: NCT05410314 Completed - Fertility Disorders Clinical Trials

Nutritional Supplement Based on Myo-inositol-D-chiro-inositoln in Long-term Survivors of Lymphoma

Linf-inositol
Start date: February 7, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The progressive improvement of lymphoma treatment has led to an important prolongation of patient survival and life expectancy. Therefore, the principal International scientific societies of oncology, recommend Long-term Survivors of Lymphoma to join fertility programs. Specifically, fertile age patients should be assisted by a multi-disciplinary team including specialists dedicated to fertility preservation in oncology, in order to support the completion of the reproductive project. In general population, the use of Inositol was spready considered an effectives choice to contrast ovarian dysfunction with consequently improvement of reproductive outcomes, so it may represent an adjuvant strategy for this purpose. Therefore, the investigators conducted a pilot study to evaluate the potentialities of this nutritional supplement with the aim to optimize the reproductive function in Long-term Survivors of Lymphoma. Despite the limited number of cases and short observational time, this pilot investigation could represent a potential cornerstone for further insights, discussions, and applications

NCT ID: NCT05188755 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

Fitness Assessment in Young Adults Recovered From Lymphoma

CUPCAKE
Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Regular physical activity (PA) is associated with maintaining body composition, increased cardiorespiratory capacity, muscle mass and bone mineral density. In the event of a cancer, the development of physical capacities and metabolism may therefore be disturbed by cancer, these associated treatments (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) but also undernutrition and the reduction in physical activity or even a sedentary lifestyle. Although the benefits of PA in oncology are now well identified for adult populations, studies are still rare in the population of children, adolescents and young adults, and the results are still difficult to generalize. As a result, there is no recommendation on the practice of physical activity in pediatric oncology or adolescents and young adults and the levels of physical activity of cured patients remain lower than those of the general population. Fitness is a marker of health in adults as well as in adolescents. Physical condition is a set of components such as cardiorespiratory capacity (transport and use of O2), body composition (distribution of bone, muscle and fat masses) and muscle function (strength, power, fatigue, energy metabolism) . The investigators hypothesize that, compared to young adults, recovered from lymphoma are expected to exhibit impaired physical condition, due to physical deconditioning.

NCT ID: NCT05140382 Completed - Clinical trials for Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

AZD4573 as Monotherapy or in Combinations With Anti-cancer Agents in Patients With r/r PTCL or r/r cHL

Start date: December 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a modular dose confirmation and expansion study. The core study design is to assess the efficacy of AZD4573, administered as monotherapy or combination therapy, to participants with either r/r PTCL or r/r cHL and to confirm the safety profiles and PK in these populations. Module 1 of this study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of AZD4573 monotherapy in participants with r/r PTCL or r/r cHL. If AZD4573 monotherapy is found to have promising anti-tumour efficacy in Module 1, an AZD4573 monotherapy Phase II expansion may be added via a substantial protocol amendment.

NCT ID: NCT04996862 Completed - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Survey Exploring Health and Screening Tests in People Treated for Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: June 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A survey of health beliefs and cancer screening behaviour and intentions in Hodgkin lymphoma survivors

NCT ID: NCT04858568 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Immune Responses to COVID-19 Vaccination in Lymphoma Patients

PROSECO
Start date: March 11, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the robustness and persistence of immune responses to vaccination, define factors associated with impaired immune responses and assess the incidence of COVID-19 infections in vaccinated individuals. To do this, we will collect peripheral blood from patients with lymphoid cancers before and after their COVID-19 vaccination. The blood will be explored in the laboratory for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 and T-cell responses to the spike protein. Detailed clinical information will also be collated on about their cancer and treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04629430 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Effects of Prebiotics on Gut Microbiome in Patients Undergoing HSCT

HCTDiet
Start date: February 19, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to see whether hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) patients can consistently eat a diet rich in prebiotics. This type of diet may be helpful in maintaining diversity in the gastrointestinal (GI) system and therefore potentially decreasing risk of other GI problems.

NCT ID: NCT04464590 Completed - Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Trials
