Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ABT-450/r/ABT-267 with or without ABT-333 and with or without ribavirin (RBV) in adult liver or renal transplant recipients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 or 4 (GT1 or GT4) infection.
This is a single arm, open-label study which will be opened at specific clinical sites at the request of an investigator for the treatment of individual subjects for whom there are no other treatment options. Subjects will be treated for 24 weeks with sofosbuvir (400mg QD) with RBV; pegylated interferon may be added at the discretion of the investigator.
A follow-up study to assess resistance and durability of response to 3 experimental drugs ABT-450/r, ABT-267, and ABT-333 in participants who have participated in AbbVie Phase 2 or 3 clinical studies with these agents for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV).
