Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - Age 18-35 - Participates in regular exercise - Able to tolerate exercise in the heat Exclusion Criteria: - Abnormal hemoglobin - Any exercise limitations - Pregnancy - Cardiovascular or orthopedic disease/conditions
