The hypothesis is that a radiation safety climate does exist and can be measured using self-assessment. Research Study to Investigate How a Study Medicine (NNC9204- 1177) Affects Blood Levels of Other Medicines in Healthy People

The study looks at how the study medicine (NNC9204-1177) affects other medicines in the body. Participants will get the study medicine and 5 other medicines which have all been approved by the authorities. Participants will get 1 injection of the study medicine each week for 11 weeks. The study medicine is injected under the skin in the stomach area. All injections will be given by study staff. Participants will get 5 medicines as tablets, capsules or syrup to be taken with water at the beginning of the study and after 10 weeks of treatment with the study medicine. The study will last for about 4 months. Participants will have 14 visits to the clinic with the study staff and study doctor. Participants will have blood draws and 2 different kinds of electrocardiograms taken during the study. They will be asked about your mental health. People who use any medication, including herbal products, cannot take part in the study. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study period or if they use birth control pills or other hormonal birth control products.

A Research Study Investigating How NNC0385-0434 is Tolerated in People With or Without High Cholesterol Levels

In this study, there are two study medicines: NNC0385-0434 (the new medicine being tested) and placebo (a 'dummy' medicine). Participants will only get one of these medicines - which one is decided by chance. The study medicine for each person is chosen by a computer. A dummy medicine (placebo) looks like the study medicine but has no effect on the body. The dummy medicine needs to be used in the study to find out if the study medicine works as expected. The dose of the study medicines that participants receive will depend on which group they get into. The study has 4 groups of 8-15 participants in each. Each group will get a different dose of NNC0385-0434 or placebo. Participants and the study doctor will not know which of the study medicine/dose participants will get. However, if a participant's safety is at risk, the study doctor will be told in order to decide the future treatment. NNC0385-0434 may help to clear cholesterol from the blood. When there is less cholesterol circulating in the blood over a long period of time, then there is less risk of arteries (blood vessels) being clogged or developing diseases of the heart and blood vessels. Each participant will get one injection under the skin and will be in the study for about 4 months.

A Study of Mobocertinib Capsules in People With Severe Kidney Problems and People With Healthy Kidneys

It is hoped that mobocertinib will eventually help people with cancer with severely reduced kidney function. The main aim of this study is to learn about the levels of mobocertinib in the blood and urine of participants with severely reduced kidney function and participants with healthy kidneys. These participants do not have cancer. The information from this study will be used to work out the best dose of mobocertinib for people with cancer with severely reduced kidney function in the future. At the first visit, the study doctor will check who can take part. Participants who can take part will be placed into 1 of 2 treatment groups. Participants with severely reduced kidney function will be in 1 group. Participants with healthy kidneys will be in the other group. Participants in both groups will receive the same treatment and the group results will be compared. Participants from both groups will take 1 capsule of mobocertinib. They will stay in the clinic for 10 days so the study doctors can check the amount of mobocertinib in the blood and urine of these participants over time. The study doctors will also check if the participants have any side effects from this treatment. The clinic will call the participants 30 days after they took mobocertinib to check if they have any more side effects from their treatment.

Single Oral Dose of 4 mg Cenerimod in Healthy Japanese and Caucasian Subjects

This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat any medical condition. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of cenerimod following a single dose in healthy Japanese and Caucasian participants. Pharmacokinetics is the study of the absorption and breakdown of the study drug in the body. Pharmacodynamics is the study of the effect of the study drug on the body. There will be 2 groups in the study. 10 Japanese participants in one group and 10 Caucasian participants in the other group. The duration of participation in this study is approximately 75 days from screening to the end of study visit. A screening visit is required within 21 days prior to the start of the study to determine whether the volunteer qualifies and is willing to participate in this research study. This study requires in-patient stay in the research clinic of 4 days (3 nights) followed by outpatient visits and an end of study visit 3 to 5 days after the day 49 outpatient visit.
