NCT ID: NCT05056077 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Improving Nutrition and Physical Activity for Cancer Survivors (Tools To Be Fit)

TTBF
Start date: October 21, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial studies the effect of four different intervention components "tools" on body weight, nutrition, and physical activity in cancer survivors. Studies indicate that people with a history of cancer whose nutrition and physical activity habits are consistent with the American Cancer Society's Nutrition and Physical Activity Guidelines may have longer disease-free survival. The four different intervention components may help patients with a history of cancer adopt recommended health behaviors after they have completed treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05051722 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) in the Detection of Endometrial Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, and Cervical Cancer

ECHO
Start date: August 3, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The overarching objective of this project is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. This proposal defines Phase II MDM-based cancer detection studies in endometrial cancer (EC) and endometrial hyperplasia with atypia (AEH) in tampon-collected vaginal fluid and 2) ovarian cancer (OC) in plasma and tampon-collected vaginal fluid. Additionally, it defines necessary Phase I MDM-based cancer detection and exploratory aims to test novel cervical cancer (CC) MDMs and test the specificity of cancer-specific MDMs among various common benign gynecologic pathologies.er detection and exploratory aims to test novel cervical cancer MDMs and test the specificity of cancer-specific MDMs among various common benign gynecologic pathologies.

NCT ID: NCT05036681 Recruiting - Metastatic Cancer Clinical Trials

A Phase II Study of Futibatinib and Pembrolizumab in Metastatic Microsatellite Stable Endometrial Carcinoma

Start date: September 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

It's propose this pilot phase 2 study to explore the combination therapy of futibatinib with pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic microsatellite stable (MSS) endometrial carcinoma to provide a well-tolerated regimen for durable responses.

NCT ID: NCT05034991 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

The Role of Endometrial Blood Flow in Endometrial Cancer

Start date: January 5, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The incidence of endometrial cancer is gradually increasing nowaday. Sonography can be used to evaluate the endometrial volume, the vascularity and the blood flow. This study will analyze the role of preoperative endometrial blood flow in the outcome of endometrial cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT05032040 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of XmAb20717 (Vudalimab)in Patients With Selected Advanced Gynecologic and Genitourinary Malignancies

Start date: July 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, multicenter, two-stage, open-label, parallel-group study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vudalimab (XmAb20717) in patients with selected advanced gynecologic and genitourinary malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT05026073 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

Vibrational Spectroscopy for Endometrial Cancer Diagnosis

SPEED
Start date: January 19, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ability of vibrational spectroscopic techniques, Raman spectroscopy and Attenuated Total Reflection - Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), to accurately differentiate endometrial tissue, lymph nodes and blood samples with womb cancer or endometrial hyperplasia from healthy controls.

NCT ID: NCT05001282 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate ELU001 in Patients With Solid Tumors That Overexpress Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα)

Start date: September 13, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study, ELU- FRα-1, is focused on adult subjects who have advanced, recurrent or refractory folate receptor alpha (FRα) overexpressing tumors considered to be topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-sensitive based on scientific literature, and, in the opinion of the Investigator, have no other meaningful life-prolonging therapy options available. ELU001 is a new chemical entity described as a C'Dot drug conjugate (CDC), consisting of payloads (exatecans) and targeting moieties (folic acid analogs) covalently bound by linkers to the C'Dot particle carrier. ELU001 will be the first drug-conjugate of its kind to be introduced into the clinic, a first in class, and a novel molecular entity.

NCT ID: NCT04997096 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Exercise as a Preventive Agent to Combat Immobility in Patients With Ovarian or Endometrial Cancers Receiving Chemotherapy

Start date: April 2, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research is to determine whether a 16-week virtually supervised aerobic and resistance exercise program is feasible in patients receiving first-line chemotherapy after surgery for ovarian or endometrial cancer and if it will improve lower extremity function (function of the legs), lessen chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN; numbness or tingling in the hands or feet), and if there is any effect on inflammatory blood markers (the level of a certain marker in the blood that is associated with inflammation; redness and swelling).

NCT ID: NCT04995731 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

Risk Assessment of Endometrial Hyperplasia and Endometrial Cancer

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) represents common diagnostic challenge in everyday gynecological practice. However, abnormal bleeding is a common symptom of many benign diseases and only indicates the presence of EC in 9% of postmenopausal women and 1% to 2% of premenopausal women, suggesting that many women at low risk undergo unnecessary invasive procedures to rule out cancer. The aim of the study is to create a risk-scoring model of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04961775 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Endometrial Carcinoma Stage I

A Prospective Multi-center Study on Using Sonazoid Diagnose Early Stage Endometrial Cancer

Start date: October 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Sonazoid as a new generation of ultrasound contrast agent. This study based on the features of Sonazoid specific angiography and higher mechanical index, the role of Sonazoid in the early diagnosis of Endometrial carcinoma was explored.
