Inclusion Criteria: - Down Syndrome patients with an Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome - more than 18 years old Exclusion Criteria: - predictable non-compliance of device - non-compensated cardiopathy - non-stable thyroxin treatment - non-stable diabetes |
