Primovist Post-marketing Surveillance in Japan

PRIMOVIST
Start date: March 11, 2008
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

This study is a regulatory post marketing surveillance in Japan, and it is a local prospective and observational study of patients who have received Primovist for contrast enhancement in MRI of liver. The objective of this study is to assess safety, especially in relation to renal dysfunction, and efficacy of using Primovist in clinical practice. A total 2,000 patients for diagnosis on detection and identify hepatic tumor will be recruited and followed 7 days after the injection.

NCT ID: NCT01376739 Completed - Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Trials

Magnevist Post-marketing Surveillance in Japan

Start date: August 2007
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

This study is a regulatory post-marketing surveillance in Japan, and it is a local prospective and observational study of patients who have received Magnevist at a dose of more than 0.2 ml/kg for MR angiography of peripheral vasculature with continuous imaging from the abdomen to the lower extremities. The objective of this study is to assess safety, especially in relation to renal dysfunction, and efficacy of using Magnevist in clinical practice. A total 2,000 patients will be recruited.

NCT ID: NCT01297088 Completed - Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Trials

PET/CT (Positron Emission Tomography / Computed Tomography) Investigations With BAY86-9596 (18F) (300 MBq) Following Single Intravenous Administration in Patients With Cancer or Inflammations.

Start date: May 2011
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The study will be conducted as an open label, single-center, single dose and biodistribution study in patients with cancer or inflammation. 56 patients will be selected among the patients undergoing the screening examination conducted within 3 weeks before drug administration. Single dose of the study drug will be administrated in a dose of 300 MBq to these patients. The follow-up period contains the end-of-study telephone interview 5-8 days following the treatment. Key measurements are the PET/CT image acquisitions within a time frame of about 2 hours after the single injection of BAY86-9596.

NCT ID: NCT01067976 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Gadobutrol 1.0 Molar (Gadovist) for Breast MRI

Start date: February 2010
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to look at the efficacy (how does it work) and safety of gadobutrol when used for obtaining MR images of both breasts.Women with a recent diagnosis of breast cancer by mammogram (X-ray examination of the breasts) may benefit from MRI of the breasts as MRI may detect additional breast cancers.
