Inclusion Criteria: - Age between 40 and 60 - Selective epigastrium surgery - In Exclusion Criteria: - American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Physical Status>3 - Duration of operation >3 hours - Hypovolemia,sinus bradycardia,atrioventricular block,severe hepatic and renal dysfunction,severe cardiac insufficiency |
Allocation: Randomized, Endpoint Classification: Safety/Efficacy Study, Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment, Masking: Double Blind (Subject, Investigator), Primary Purpose: Treatment
