Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - Acute ACL ruptured patient Exclusion Criteria: - Combined meniscal injury requiring surgery - Combined ligament injury requiring surgery - Combined chondral injury requiring surgery - Previous surgery history on corresponding knee - Allergic to cold
