There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
After the Fontan procedure applied in patients with a functional or anatomical single ventricle, patients are faced with significant morbidity and mortality risk. Most of the common complications after Fontan such as arrhythmia, cyanosis, ventricular dysfunction, heart failure, atrioventricular valve insufficiency, protein-losing enteropathy, thrombosis, bleeding, venous insufficiency directly or indirectly limit exercise capacity. It has been reported that hemodynamic, vascular and muscular factors may be effective in the decrease of exercise capacity. In previous studies, it has been reported that cardiac output, one of the hemodynamic parameters, is the main factor affecting exercise capacity in patients with Fontan, and this is due to insufficient increase in stroke volume. In addition to the hemodynamic profile, the effects of muscle oxygenation, arterial stiffness and peripheral muscle strength on exercise capacity have been mentioned in different studies. For this reason, it is thought that examining the effects of hemodynamic, vascular and muscular profile together on submaximal and maximal exercise capacity in patients with Fontan will provide information about the mechanisms of influence of different exercise capacities and will provide important information in terms of determining exercise-based rehabilitation programs for such patients.
Ovarian cancer is the third most common after endometrial and cervical cancer in societies with a high standard of living; It is the second most common type of gynecological cancer after cervical cancer in societies with a low standard of living, and it is also the deadliest among gynecological cancers. Dynamic thiol-disulfide homeostasis is an antioxidant system that minimizes oxidative damage and prevents cell damage. In the presence of oxidative stress, the thiol groups combine to form the disulfide structure, and when the oxidative stress condition is over, they are separated into thiol groups again. This homeostasis is impaired in conditions that cause oxidative processes such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic kidney failure. This can be determined by measuring the total thiol and native thiol levels. Likewise, the level of ischemia modified albumin increases in the case of oxidative stress. There are studies on this homeostasis in the literature on many types of cancer; There are studies on endometrial cancer and cervical cancer, which are gynecological cancers In this study, the usability of these tests together with other diagnostic tests in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer will be evaluated.
The primary hypothesis to be tested is whether or not there is a difference in time to sustained alleviation of all targeted COVID-19 signs and symptoms through Day 28 between PF-07321332/ritonavir and placebo.

Axial Spondyloarthritis is an inflammatory arthritis disease and its main symptoms are chronic pain and stiffness, causing structural damage to the spinal vertebrae. Axial Spondyloarthritis leads to physical disability and a decrease in the level of physical activity. Frailty is a syndrome characterized by decline in physiological reserve and loss of muscle strength. Frailty can lead to vulnerability of individuals to possible injuries and a decrease in independence, and ultimately an increase in mortality. Although frailty is associated with older adults, it has been reported that it can be detected in patients with cancer, diabetes and rheumatological diseases and it is not related with age. Frailty has been reported to be a reversible and a treatable condition. The aim of our study was to investigate the prevalence of frailty and the relationship between frailty and disease activity, physical functional level, quality of life and other associated factors in individuals with Axial Spondyloarthritis.
White light therapy is one of the non-pharmacological methods in the management of fatigue. Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a persistent, subjective sense of physical, emotional, and/or cognitive tiredness or burnout. It is associated with cancer or cancer treatment from the first diagnosis until the end of life that is not proportional to recent physical activity. It was founded that 10,000 Lux bright white light administered in the morning hours reduced fatigue by 17% in patients with cancer and that the mean fatigue scores of patients decreased from 30.37 to 9.48 compared to before the light administration. According to NCCN (2020), white light of 10,000 Lux can be applied for 30-90 minutes in the morning hours to regulate sleep and manage fatigue in the post treatment period as well as in cancer patients receiving active treatment. However, studies on this subject consist of small sample groups, and more studies are needed to identify the risks and benefits of the application and to determine the optimal application time and duration. The present study was aimed to evaluate the effect of white light on the fatigue levels of patients with gynecological cancer who were treated with chemotherapy. The patients with high levels of fatigue in every dimension were selected so as to have a homogeneous group. The research hypotheses were determined as follows: H0: White light has no effect on fatigue levels in patients with gynecological cancer. H1: White light reduces fatigue levels in patients with gynecological cancer.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) caused a worldwide pandemic in over 100 years. The disease caused by this newly discovered virus was called Covid-19. In this study, we aimed to evaluate changing of PSA value in patients with Covid-19.
Critical illness myopathy and neuropathy are associated with prolonged mechanical ventilation, resulting in increased morbidity and mortality in intensive care units, .the investigators aimed to determine the decrease in muscle mass and risk factors that are important causes for the development of myopathy in COVID-19 (+) patients followed in intensive care unit. The study will also evaluate the relationships of patients withthe investigators intensive care-associated muscle weakness (ICU-AW) with other intensive care patient weight scores (SOFA, APACHE II, q SOFA). Sensitivity of anthropometric measurements and ultrasonographic measurements will be compared in the evaluation of sarcopenia. The length of hospital stay, mechanical ventilation time, patient outcomes (mortality/morbidity) information of patients with COVID-19 pneumonia followed in the intensive care unit will be evaluated.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) monotherapy, followed by chemotherapy, followed by pembrolizumab consolidation. The primary hypothesis of the study is that the complete response (CR) rate at the end of study intervention according to Lugano 2014 response criteria is higher than conventional chemotherapy.
