There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, international, multicenter, Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of repeat dosing of benralizumab 30 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) versus placebo in patients with severe nasal polyposis.
Primary Objectives: - Study is designed with two primary endpoints that will be analyzed on randomized participants at the time of the cut-off date for each given analysis (progression free survival [PFS] and overall survival [OS]) - Study success is defined either on PFS or OS - The primary objective is to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the progression free survival (PFS) when compared to docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) - The primary objective is to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the overall survival (OS) when compared with docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Secondary Objectives: - To compare the objective response rate (ORR) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel - To compare the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel - To evaluate the safety of tusamitamab ravtansine compared to docetaxel - To assess the duration of response (DOR) of tusamitamab ravtansine as compared with docetaxel
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of lumasiran in patients with Advanced Primary Hyperoxaluria Type 1 (PH1).
Physical exercise can prevent falls, certain types of exercise may be more effective. Perturbation-based balance training is a novel intervention involving repeated postural perturbations aiming to improve control of rapid balance reactions. The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of perturbation- based balance training on falls and balance in daily life.Thirty patients with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) will assess with regard to dynamic balance, walking and falling. Patients randomly will allocate to a personalized (PRG) or traditional (TRG) rehabilitation group.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of hot posterior nasal packing and hot saline irrigation in bleeding control after adenoidectomy. Methods: 130 patients scheduled for the only adenoidectomy were included, and randomized into two groups at the beginning of the surgical operation. After adenoidectomy, saline impregnated tampon, and saline irrigation at room temperature (22 ° C) was applied to the patients in one group while 50 °C saline impregnated tampon and saline irrigation at the same temperature were applied to the patients in the other group. We record the time for up to 3 minutes after tamponage for bleeding control, bleeding volume, and the amount of bleeding in the nasopharynx
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of TAK-788 as first-line treatment with that of platinum-based chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors has epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups- TAK-788 group or Platinum-based chemotherapy group. Participants will receive TAK-788 orally and pemetrexed/cisplatin or pemetrexed/carboplatin via vein until the participants experience worsening disease (PD) as assessed by blinded independent review committee (IRC), intolerable harmful effects or another discontinuation criteria.
The purpose of this trial is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of CAM2029 in patients with acromegaly. Patients will be administered CAM2029 subcutaneously once monthly during 12 months. Patients fulfilling trial NCT04076462 will be offered to continue with open-label treatment week 24-52 in this trial. Patients completing the main part of the trial will be offered 52 weeks continued open-label treatment in an extension part.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of treatment with olaparib (MK-7339) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in adults with previously treated, advanced (metastatic and/or unresectable) Homologous Recombination Repair Mutation (HRRm) and/or Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD)-positive solid tumors.
The patients who applied to the hospital for orthodontic treatment were asked various questions to evaluate their oral health related quality of life, malocclusions and self reported temporomandibular joint problems.
The aim of this study is to compare the tooth colour changes caused by retainers made of stainless steel wires and fiber reinforced in long term
