There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study was to generate 16-week efficacy data, as well as up to 3-year efficacy, safety and tolerability data in subjects with active AS despite current or previous NSAID, DMARD and/or anti-TNF therapy.
A one year study assessing the efficacy and safety of secukinumab compared with placebo in adult patients with moderate to severe palmoplantar pustular psoriasis - amended with an optional extension treatment period of up to a total of 148 weeks
This global, multicenter, open-label, randomized, controlled study evaluated the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (an anti-programmed death−ligand 1 [anti-PD-L1] antibody)compared with docetaxel in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after failure with platinum-containing chemotherapy. Participants were randomized 1:1 to receive either docetaxel or atezolizumab. Treatment may continue as long as participants experienced clinical benefit as assessed by the investigator, i.e., in the absence of unacceptable toxicity or symptomatic deterioration attributed to disease progression.
This is a multicenter, multinational, randomized, parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose range finding study to compare the efficacy and safety of different doses of pridopidine versus placebo in the treatment of motor impairment in Huntington's Disease (HD).
The purpose of this open-label, multicenter, randomized, Phase III study is to evaluate the benefit of venetoclax in combination with rituximab compared with bendamustine in combination with rituximab in participants with relapsed or refractory CLL. Participants will be randomly assigned in 1:1 ratio to receive either venetoclax + rituximab (Arm A) or bendamustine + rituximab (Arm B).
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of pertuzumab in combination with carboplatin-based standard chemotherapy in patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer. The anticipated time on study treatment is 3-12 months.
Studies over the past two decades have convincingly demonstrated the role of barrier dysfunction in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease. It previously shown that optical biopsy with probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (pCLE) could be used to assess mucosal barrier function. Furthermore, mucosal barrier dysfunction on pCLE was shown to be predictive of disease relapse in adult IBD patients. The purpose of the current study is to determine the predictive value of pCLE findings in pediatric IBD patients.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether eculizumab long-term use is safe and effective in patients with relapsing NMO.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether injections of Botulinum toxin type A into muscles of one or both arms alone or in combination with injections into one or both legs are effective and safe in treating children/adolescents (age 2-17 years) with increased muscle tension/uncontrollable muscle stiffness (spasticity) due to cerebral palsy.
The primary purpose of this research study is to see whether adding bavituximab (an investigational drug) to the standard chemotherapy drug docetaxel, will improve the results of the treatment for non-small-cell lung cancer.
