There are about 1295 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Lithuania. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of two different techniques of non-invasive ventilation (nCPAP and nHFOV) on gas exchange in preterm infants recovering from respiratory distress syndrome.
The purpose of this study was to determine how effective and safe the study drug Olokizumab was in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who had been already receiving but not fully responding to treatment with methotrexate (MTX). The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of OKZ 64 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) once every 2 weeks (q2w) or once every 4 weeks (q4w) relative to placebo in subjects with moderately to severely active RA inadequately controlled by MTX therapy. The secondary objective was to evaluate the efficacy of OKZ relative to adalimumab in subjects with moderately to severely active RA inadequately controlled by MTX therapy.
The Diverticular Inflammation and Complication Assessment (DICA) is an endoscopic classification for diverticulosis and diverticular disease of the colon. The aim of the study is to show that DICA classification is a valid parameter to predict the risk of acute diverticulitis occurrence/recurrence and the need of surgery in patients suffering from diverticulosis/diverticular disease of the colon.
The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of ZTI-01 (IV fosfomycin) as non-inferior to piperacillin/tazobactam in overall success (clinical cure and microbiologic eradication) for the treatment of hospitalized patients with complicated urinary tract infections (cUTI) or acute pyelonephritis (AP).
Study of effects of secukinumab 300 mg s.c. on quality of life (QoL) in psoriasis in patients with or without prior exposure to systemic therapy.
The objective of the study was to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of mirabegron after multiple-dose administration in the pediatric population.
This is a multi-centre, multinational, prospective, non-interventional study in females with a diagnosis of moderate to severe uterine fibroids, and for whom a treatment with Esmya in a long term manner is planned, and in subjects who were previously exposed to UPA in the long term Phase III studies.
This was a randomized, double-blind, active controlled, multicenter, parallel-group study evaluating secukinumab monotherapy and adalimumab monotherapy in approximately 850 patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who are naïve to biologic therapy and are intolerant or having inadequate response to conventional disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (also known as non-biologic DMARDs).
The aim of the study is to identify the incidence of early postoperative delirium in intensive care patients after cardiac surgery and detect possible risk factors associated with increased risk for developing delirium after cardiac surgery.
International, multicenter, observational, longitudinal monitoring study to identify biomarker/s for Alport syndrome and to explore the clinical robustness, specificity, and long-term variability of these biomarker/s
