This is a study to assess the safety and efficacy of CXD101 in combination with the PD-1 Inhibitor Nivolumab in patients with metastatic, previously-treated, Microsatellite-Stable (MSS) Colorectal Carcinoma (CRC). The primary hypothesis of this study is that CXD101 and anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody synergise the anti-tumour activity in MSS colorectal cancer patients (~95% of CRC) who do not seem to respond to anti-PD1 or -PD-L1 immunotherapy alone.
This study will be comprised of 2 parts: Part 1 (dose escalation) will be conducted to evaluate the safety and tolerability of 2 doses (100 milligrams/kilogram [mg/kg] and 200 mg/kg) of eteplirsen in approximately 10 participants with DMD; Part 2 (dose finding and dose comparison) will be conducted for the selection of a high dose (100 mg/kg versus 200 mg/kg) and its comparison with the 30 mg/kg dose of eteplirsen, in approximately 144 participants with genetically confirmed deletion mutations amenable to treatment by skipping exon 51.
The study intends to compare standard ischemic cold static storage (ICSS) of retrieved hearts intended to be transplanted, to non-ischemic heart preservation (NIHP) in a randomized clinical multicentre trial. The primary hypothesis is that the non-ischemic hypothermic cardioplegic preservation (NIHP) is safe and superior to ischemic cold static storage (ICSS) of donor hearts. The study will investigate the safety and superiority of the new methodology in terms of improved immediate and prolonged organ function in adult heart transplanted patients.
This is a Phase 2, open-label multi-center long-term extension study, with approximately 70 subjects, to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BMN111 in children with Achondroplasia until subjects reach near-adult final height. Eligible subjects will have completed 1 year of BMN111 or placebo treatment in the 111-206 study and once enrolled in the 111-208 extension study will receive a daily dose of BMN111 by subcutaneous injection according to their age as determined by 111-206.
