NCT ID: NCT06260345 Recruiting - Severe Infection Clinical Trials

CommunautAry Pediatric bacteRial Infection in Intensive CarE Unit

CAPRICE
Start date: January 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Severe bacterial infections are a worldwide scourge. However, the epidemiology of this type of infection varies over time. It is therefore essential to monitor them in order to prevent them more effectively. At this time, in France, no monitoring exists for this kind of infections.

NCT ID: NCT06260319 Completed - Genetic Diseases Clinical Trials

Decoding Developmental Disorders in Humams

devodecode
Start date: January 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The DEVO-DECODE project aims to align our currently limited knowledge currently limited knowledge of the genetic architecture of developmental with our more advanced knowledge of their "phenome". To this end, we aim to establish a homogeneous cohort of patients with with developmental disorders to identify new genetic variants genetic variants, and thus study the association between developmental and genetic variants. Secondary objectives are:2 - Carry out WGS studies not only to refine exosomal sequencing data exome sequencing data, but above all to identify and validate non-coding non-coding DNA alterations, in both transcribed and non-transcribed transcribed or non-transcribed genomic domains - Develop precise preclinical models for functional studies of pathophysiological pathways

NCT ID: NCT06260163 Recruiting - Colitis, Ulcerative Clinical Trials

A Study of Guselkumab in Pediatric Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

QUASAR Jr
Start date: January 19, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of guselkumab in pediatric participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis at the end of maintenance therapy among participants who were induction responders.

NCT ID: NCT06259890 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Arthritis, Psoriatic

Influence of Sodium Intake in spondyLoarthriTes

SALT
Start date: January 30, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of the SALT study is to analyze the relationship between dietary sodium intake and disease activity in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (radiographic or non-radiographic) or psoriatic arthritis.

NCT ID: NCT06259448 Recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

Feasibility of Optimizing Organized Cervical Cancer Screening by Urine Self-sampling

PAPPEES
Start date: November 13, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This project addresses the issue of promoting organized cervical cancer screening (CCS) from the perspective of the use of urine self-sampling (USS). Via a prospective and monocentric study, the present study aims to evaluate the acceptability of women to collect a urine self-sample and to respond to a questionnaire on their feelings about this screening method.

NCT ID: NCT06259266 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Chronic Renal Failure

Catheter Dysfunction Rate in Patients Undergoing Kidney Replacement Therapy. Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Anti-reflux Valves Without Heparin Lock Solution

DUKE
Start date: December 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Catheter dysfunction and infections are the most common complications observed among patients with dialysis catheters for long-term dialysis ( CDLD ) . They are causing a worsening of the morbidity and mortality of patients , loss of quality of renal replacement therapy , a reduction in the duration of catheterization , as well as increased spending related to health care. The use of anti- reflux ( Tego ® , ICU Medical , USA, distributed by the Laboratory Hemotech , FRANCE ) valves reduces the rate of dysfunction and infections CDLD( catheters for long-term dialysis ). Unpublished preliminary data suggest that these valves allow parallel use of interdialytic saline locks without increasing the risk of dysfunction. This strategy would therefore achieve significant savings usual interdialytic CDLD( catheters for long-term dialysis )locks ( including heparin) whose use is not devoid of potentially serious adverse events and whose health care costs have increased dramatically in recent years . Moreover, this would also produce savings in fibrinolytic treatment. A randomized controlled trial is needed to assess the effectiveness of TEGO ® valves in combination with saline locks on the risk of dysfunction CDLD(catheters for long-term dialysis ) .

NCT ID: NCT06258694 Completed - Pulmonary Embolism Clinical Trials

Venous Thrombo-Embolism Imaging Database (VTE-ID)

VTE-ID
Start date: January 14, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to identify and validate new imaging biomarkers allowing an individual phenotyping of patient with venous thrombo-embolism (VTE), mainly in terms of recurrence risk assessment and to distinguish provoked from unprovoked VTE. To do so, the investigators will create a retrospective imaging database including multiple imaging modalities, performed at diagnosis of the VTE.

NCT ID: NCT06258369 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary; Coxarthrosis

Gait Initiation and Transition From Double to Single Support in Patients With Unilateral Primary Coxarthrosis

COXAM
Start date: February 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study consists to evaluate the impact of prosthetic surgery (PTH and RTH) on kinematic and dynamic parameters (joint torques) of the lower limbs during gait initiation in patients with primary coxarthrosis. Patients included in the study will undergo a three-dimensional gait analysis. Dynamic gait analysis is multidimensional, measuring kinematic parameters (joint amplitudes: ankles, knees, hips, etc.) and dynamic parameters (assessment of joint torque from ankle, knee, hip to lower limb during gait initiation).

NCT ID: NCT06258057 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

Safety of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Acellular Pertussis With 5 Acellular Pertussis Components (Tdap5) Vaccination During Pregnancy

Start date: January 16, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of Adacel vaccine among pregnant individuals exposed to Adacel at any point between the 1st day of the 27th week of gestation up to the end of pregnancy and their offspring (ie, Adacel-exposed cohort), in comparison with pregnant individuals not vaccinated with any Tdap vaccines during pregnancy and their offspring (ie, Tdap-unvaccinated comparator cohort). The primary objectives are to estimate incidence rates and relative risks for each prespecified pregnancy outcome in Adacel-exposed and Tdap-unvaccinated comparator cohorts and for each prespecified adverse birth outcome in the offspring of both cohorts. The secondary objectives are to estimate incidence rates and relative risks for each prespecified adverse fetal and neonatal outcome in the offspring of Adacel-exposed and Tdap unvaccinated comparator cohorts and for each prespecified adverse outcome for pregnant individuals in both cohorts.

NCT ID: NCT06257979 Recruiting - Rotator Cuff Repair Clinical Trials

Unexpected Positive Cultures in Rotator Cuff Revision Surgery

POCICO
Start date: February 27, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In the context of rotator cuff re-intervention, the impact of Unexpected Positive Cultures (UPC) is not documented, and their management has not been studied, particularly regarding indications for antibiotic therapy, which is currently not a consensus. A prospective interventional study will be implemented to compare the results of non-randomized patient samples, whether positive or negative, taken during rotator cuff re-intervention. The objective is to assess whether these samples do not affect clinical outcomes and tendon healing rates.
