Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is a severe complication of heparin therapy with a non-negligible incidence (estimated at 2.6% of unfractionated heparin treatments and 0.2% of low molecular weight heparin treatments). It is generally secondary to the appearance of IgG antibodies directed against the platelet factor 4 (PF4) - heparin complex. These antibodies, once bound to this complex, are likely to activate platelets: the thrombotic risk generated can be potentially fatal.

Titanium pistons cause MRI artifacts that prevent interpretation of the vestibule. This disadvantage is not present on CT but the vestibule is not visible. Hence the interest in creating a model with 6 reference cuts in order to position the utricle and the saccule in the vestibule in CT. Furthermore, the scanner has fewer contraindications, greater availability and a shorter examination time than MRI.

5 Years' Follow-up Assessment of Surgical Repair for ACL Proximal Rupture

Isolated ruptures of ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) are ligament injuries that can be proximal, central or distal. Treatment of patients with proximal lesions should be graded. Functional treatment can be reserved for low-demanding patients in whom the practice level is limited and progression risk to a functionally unstable knee less marked. In athletes, the risk of a new sprain must be explained and the patient will choose functional treatment or surgical treatment. Surgical treatment generally involves ligamentoplasty at the expense of a knee tendon to replace the ruptured ACL. In the context of proximal ACL rupture, the patient can be offered surgical repair of the ACL. There are numerous studies on ACL ligamentoplasties results but literature is poor on modern ACL repair outcomes. In this context, this study aims to describe the relapse rate at 5 years of patients operated for a proximal ACL tear.

In athletes, the risk of a new sprain must be explained and the patient will choose a functional treatment or a surgical treatment. Few studies exist in the literature on the superiority of surgical treatment compared to functional treatment. In this context, this study is based on the hypothesis that patients undergoing ACL surgical repair have better functional scores and more intense sport activity than patients with functional treatment.

Benefit of Early Intrauterine Transfer of "Blank" Culture Medium Prior to Transfer of a Thawed Embryo From 1st in Vitro Fertilization

Despite technical advances in Medically Assisted Reproduction (AMP), the success of fertility treatments is sometimes limited by embryo implantation failure. The coordinated development of the embryo and the uterine endometrium requires close communication between the maternal tissue and the embryo. In in vitro fertilization (IVF), embryo transfer generally takes place between the 2nd (D2) and the 6th (D6) day following oocyte fertilization. Recent studies have shown the advantages of sequential transfer (transfer of an embryo on D2/D3 followed by the transfer of another embryo on D5/D6), with higher implantation and clinical pregnancy rate, fewer miscarriages, more live births, and yet no increase in multiple pregnancies. However, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine recommendations continue to prioritize the transfer of a single embryo for all patients aged under 38. To improve pregnancy rates for patients having a single embryo transferred, the study investigators wish to carry out on "blank" transfer, based on the principle of sequential transfer. The study investigators hypothesize that a culture medium, placed in the uterus before the time of embryo transfer, will modify immune tolerance. The study will test whether transferring the same culture medium in an equivalent quantity as during the real transfer into the uterus 2/3 days before the embryo transfer will improve tolerance to this foreign medium and, therefore, embryo implantation. The aim of this study is thus to evaluate the impact of a "blank" transfer with culture medium alone, on the results of frozen embryo transfers (FET) from IVF.
