The ethnographical approach will assess APN settlements and relation with healthcare colleagues and patients.

NCT ID: NCT06355323 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Immunodeficiency

Bronchiectasis Prevalence in Patients With Primary Humoral Immunodefiency in Champagne-Ardenne Region, France

PREDDICHA
Start date: November 28, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Primary humoral immunodeficiency (PHID), such as common variable immunodefiency, are the most common symptomatic primary immunodeficiency in adults, in France. Patients are more prone to infections (particularly bacterial upper and lower respiratory tract infections), auto-immunity and atopic manifestations. Morbidity and mortality in PHID are mainly linked to the presence of bronchiectasis, which can lead to infections and to chronic respiratory failure. However, bronchiectasis in these patients can be asymptomatic for a long time. There is no known predictive factors to identify patients more susceptible to develop bronchiectasis and notably, there was no link between the number of previous infectious episodes and bronchiectasis. A marked IgM deficiency and switched memory B cell deficiency might be associated with bronchiectasis. Thoracic CT-scan is recommended at PHID diagnosis but there is no guideline for follow-up, thus leading to bronchiectasis being under-diagnosis or leading to delayed diagnosis

NCT ID: NCT06354543 Recruiting - Arthroplasty Clinical Trials

Arthroplasty Cements Outcomes - A Post-market Follow-up

Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) Study to collect clinical data on safety and performance of all Teknimed Arthroplasty range of products: CEMFIX® and GENTAFIX® bone cements families and CEMSTOP® cement restrictor, and all their private labels. Teknimed bone cements and cement restrictor are legacy products, some marketed for more than 20 years. Their performance and safety have already been demonstrated by Post-Market Surveillance and previous clinical studies. The current Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up study aims to confirm these claims by collecting data in a "real-life" setting. The study is a retrospective and prospective global, single arm, non-controlled, multicentric, ambispective observational study. Patients will be followed as per local standard medical care of the site.

NCT ID: NCT06354075 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Patient Satisfaction

Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Interventional radiology is developing. Patient information modalities are also evolving, in particular information videos.

NCT ID: NCT06353854 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Cancer Metastatic

Prospective National Cohort Evaluating Predictive Biomarkers of Resistance to Immunotherapy in Patients With MSI/dMMR Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (CORESIM)

CORESIM
Start date: February 12, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The Keynote 117 phase III trial demonstrated the superiority of pembrolizumab (anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody) versus chemotherapy +/- targeted therapy in first-line treatment of dMMR/MSI metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). However, primary resistance to pembrolizumab was observed in approximately 20-30% of patients treated in the Keynote 177 study. Therefore, the identification of biomarkers predictive of resistance to immunotherapy for dMMR/MSI mCRC is necessary to better select patients who benefit the most from immunotherapy, and those for whom other therapeutic approaches should be favored.

NCT ID: NCT06352242 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Is Trogocytosis a Predictive Marker of CAR-T Cell Response in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma?

CARTROG
Start date: May 22, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

CAR-T cell therapy has improved survival in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL R/R). However, only 65% of patients achieve a complete metabolic response after this treatment. To date, there is no predictive test for therapeutic response after injection of CAR-T cells. Recent studies have shown that the level of trogocytosis by immune cells correlates with the persistence of tumor cells in patients with hematological malignancies. Our main objective is to identify a phenotypic "signature" of trogocytosis predictive of therapeutic response 6 months after injection of CAR-T cells for DLBCL.

NCT ID: NCT06351202 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Digestive System Disease

Impact Assessment of Abdominal Massage on Feeding Tolerance of Preterms

PREMABDO
Start date: May 16, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Every year in France, 60,000 children are born prematurely (before 37 weeks of amenorrhea - WA), and present an immaturity of their various systems, in particular the digestive system. This can result in feeding intolerance, expressed by abdominal distension, regurgitation, irregular transit and abdominal discomfort. It can influence the length of hospitalization and lead to necrotising enterocolitis, a major complication. At the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital Center, abdominal massages have been performed by physiotherapist for several years in order to improve the state of the digestive system of preterm infants. The indication for abdominal massages are very dependent on the caregivers in charge of the newborns because the evaluation of feeding intolerance remains subjective. In this context, the investigators carried out a first study to validate a scale that they created (ECAP scale : Clinical Assessment Scale for Abdominal state of Preterm infant) to assess in a rapid, reliable and reproductible manner the abdominal state of preterm infant - data currently being published). This scale can pose the indications for abdominal massage more objectively. The hypothesis is that abdominal massage improves feeding tolerance (decrease ECAP score), allows faster weight gain and reaching the full ration and therefore reduces the length of hospitalization of preterm infants. The aim of the study is to assess the effectiveness of abdominal massage, over a period of 14 days, on the feeding tolerance of preterm infants (under 34 weeks of amenorrhea), defined by the achievement and maintenance of an ECAP score less than 4 during 3 days.

NCT ID: NCT06351189 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Involuntary Movements

NETTI Wheelchair: Does Dynamic Mode or Static Mode Affect the Sitting Position in Patients With Involuntary Movements ?

DYNAMIC SYSTEM
Start date: March 19, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study compares two modes of the NETTI wheelchair (dynamic or sitting) for patients with hyperkinetic syndromes, to discover which mode is the most comfortable and best suited to these patients. It is a prospective, single-center pilot study comparing two medical devices evaluated using SCED (Single Case Experimental Design) ABAB methodology: NETTI DYNAMIC chair in dynamic mode (intervention group; phase B) versus the same chair in static mode (control group; phase A). The subject will be his/her own control

NCT ID: NCT06350656 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cerebrospinal; Disorder

Study of Cerebral Compliance in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Units (EC2)

EC2
Start date: March 31, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Despite the massive use of intracranial pressure in neuro-resuscitation, there is still no cerebral compliance evaluation index used in current practice to guide therapy. In treatment guidelines for intracranial hypertension, patients are placed in a prone position at about 30 degrees. Several times a day, during nursing care, patients are flattened, which corresponds to a cerebral compliance test by adding a volume of cerebrospinal fluid to the cranial box.
