Radioimmunotherapy With Lu-177 Labeled 6A10 Fab-fragments in Patients With Glioblastoma After Standard Treatment

RIT in GBM
Start date: January 22, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Locoregional, intracavitary radioimmunotherapy (iRIT) with a newly developed radioimmunoconjugate (Lu-177 labeled 6A10-Fab-fragments) will be used to prevent or postpone tumour recurrence in patients with GBM following standard therapy . Following study objectives will be analyzed: - Determining the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) - Determining safety by assessing all new neurological, hematological and other AEs CTC grade 2 or higher - Determining absorbed dose to the 2 cm shell of the resection cavity (based on a series of SPECT/CTs of the head 2h,24h,48h, 72h p.i. and on day 5-7) - Determining absorbed dose values for the kidneys, the liver, the active marrow (based on a series of SPECT/CTs of the abdomen 2h,24h,48h, 72h p.i. and on day 5-7) - Determining 24 weeks Progression-Free-Survival (PFS), defined from the day of inclusion

NCT ID: NCT05533112 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Perioperative Complication

Binaural Beat Stimulation to Improve Patient Outcome After Surgery and Anesthesia

Start date: November 10, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

We plan to evaluate the potential of binaural beat stimulation as a cost-effective tool to improve perioperative patient outcome. Preoperative anxiety and postoperative neurocognitive disorders are two major issues patients have to deal with in the perioperative period. In this context, preoperative stress and anxiety are independent risk factors for postoperative neurocognitive disorders. The primary goal of our proposed study therefore is to reduce preoperative anxiety by stimulating patients with binaural beats. As binaural beats might also entrain brainwaves, the secondary goal of the study is to investigate whether binaural beats can induce alpha oscillatory activity during emergence from anesthesia. This type of oscillation has been demonstrated to be protective for postoperative neurocognitive disorders and might therefore complement the effects of preoperative anxiety reduction.

NCT ID: NCT05531773 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Post COVID-19 Condition

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The EuCARE-POSTCOVID study is an observational multicentre study enrolling COVID-19 patients recovered from the acute phase of disease to investigate the prevalence and possible predictors of post COVID-19 condition. The study will retrospectively analyze data already collected at the post COVID-19 outpatients services of the participating centers; furthermore, a prospective cohort study will be performed.

NCT ID: NCT05531565 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus

A Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of BIIB059 (Litifilimab) in Participants With Active Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (SCLE) and/or Chronic Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CCLE) With or Without Systemic Manifestations and Refractory and/or Intolerant to Antimalarial Therapy

AMETHYST
Start date: September 13, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the efficacy of BIIB059 (litifilimab) compared with placebo in reducing skin disease activity measured by the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Physician's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R) score [Parts A and B (US)] and the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index Activity (CLASI-A) score [Part B (ROW)] in participants with active SCLE and/or CCLE with or without systemic manifestations and refractory and/or intolerant to antimalarials. The secondary objectives of the study are to evaluate the efficacy of BIIB059 in reducing SCLE and/or CCLE disease activity by CLA-IGA-R, CLASI-A; to evaluate additional efficacy parameters of BIIB059 in reducing SCLE and/or CCLE disease activity; safety; tolerability; and immunogenicity of BIIB059 [Parts A and B].

NCT ID: NCT05531149 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Trimodulin (BT588) in Subjects With CAP Including COVID-19 Pneumonia

TRICOVID
Start date: December 22, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main objectives of the trial are to assess the efficacy and safety of trimodulin as adjunctive treatment to standard of care (SoC) compared to placebo plus SoC in adult hospitalized subjects with non-severe community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) or moderate / severe Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pneumonia. Other objectives are to determine pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) properties of trimodulin.

NCT ID: NCT05526391 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Multiple System Atrophy

A Study of TAK-341 in Treatment of Multiple System Atrophy

Start date: November 9, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main aim is to see how TAK-341 works after 52 weeks in participants with multiple system atrophy as measured by the Unified Multiple System Atrophy Rating Scale Part I (UMSARS). The study will enroll approximately 138 patients. Participants will receive a total of 13 intravenous infusions every 4 weeks approximately, these may be either of TAK-341 or placebo, after each infusion some blood samplings will be taken and other assessments completed. This trial will be conducted in North America, Europe and Asia.
