This is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, controlled, superiority clinical trial. It is expected that the test group would have better effectiveness than the control group in the primary evaluation indicator (time to negative viral nucleic acid detection from the start of study treatment). The test group will use the investigational medical device Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator with Nebulizer (Shanghai Asclepius Meditec Co., Ltd.) + basic treatment (the investigator provides corresponding symptomatic support treatment based on the condition of the patients), and the control group will use the hospital routine oxygen supply equipment (wall oxygen or cylinder oxygen) + basic treatment, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the investigational medical device Hydrogen-Oxygen Generator with Nebulizer for adjuvant treatment of COVID-19 patients.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of remimazolam besylate compared to propofol for sedation in critically ill patients with deep sedation.
Tumor in situ fluid (TISF) refers to the fluid within the surgical cavity of patients with glioblastoma. Postoperative serial TISF is collected for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis and identifying ctDNA-level relapse driven by one or a set of specific genomic alterations before overt imaging recurrence of the tumor. This single-arm open-label prospective pilot feasibility trial recruiting 20 adult patients with ctDNA-level-relapse glioblastoma who are assigned to receive the personalized study treatment based on the genetic profile of their serial TISF ctDNA. It will be aimed to test whether the personalized intervention can prolong the progression-free and overall survival and the feasibility of conducting a full-scale trial.
The purpose of this study is to clarify the changes of neurocognitive function of patients undergoing cardiac valve disease before and after surgical treatment under cardiopulmonary bypass operation, and to predict the neurological prognosis of such patients through combined imaging technology, so as to improve and avoid the occurrence of postoperative neurological dysfunction in such patients.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of CAN106 administered intravenously to subjects with PNH who have not previously been treated with a complement inhibitor.
This is a prospective study. Data from patients diagnosed with nAMD who have never received related treatment were collected. Treatment was an intravitreal injection of 0.5 mg conbercept using modified "T&E" treatment plans. After three months of monthly intravitreal injections, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the degree of adjustment of the injection interval was divided into two weeks and four weeks. Unlike the ALTAIR study, we cancel the maintenance criteria of classical T&E regimens. The best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central retinal thickness (CRT), last injection interval, and the number of injections were recorded at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months to evaluate treatment efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human interferon-α1b (IFN-α1b) combined with toripalimab and anlotinib hydrochloride in patients with unresectable advanced melanoma. This study consists of 2 phases( Ib / II). Phase Ib will determine the recommended phase Ⅱ dose for anlotinib hydrochloride. Phase II will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the triple combination regimens.

In order to achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment of the disease, we performed RNA sequencing and ATAC(Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin) chromatin open sequencing in lupus patients in the early stage. By comparing with normal controls, other rheumatic immune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis), and before and after treatment, dozens of disease-causing genes independently associated with the disease were identified. Based on the previous omics results, this project will analyze its changes in different outcomes of lupus patients, and use machine learning methods to establish an optimal severe prediction model, so as to build an early diagnosis system based on novel biomarkers and reduce all-cause mortality in patients with treatment failure rate. It is expected to produce good social and economic benefits.
