There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
AL2846 is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of AL2846 capsules in Chinese patients with type I neurofibromatosis (NF1) (neurofibromas and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors).
This is A Phase Ib/II Study to Assess the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Efficacy of ATG 016 Monotherapy in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is an adaptive Phase III randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Proxalutamide (GT0918) in hospitalized adults diagnosed with COVID-19. The study is a multicenter trial that will be conducted globally. The study will compare GT0918 plus standard of care (SOC) with the placebo plus SOC. Approximately 762 subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to either GT0918 plus SOC or placebo plus SOC group.
This is an open label Phase I/II trial of LM-102 injection, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2). It is being tested in advanced solid tumors including gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, Pancreatic Cancer, Biliary Tract Cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma and ovarian mucous carcinoma.
This is a phase 2/3, multicenter, randomized, open, positive-controlled study of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease has progressed after prior anti-PD-(L)1 therapy. Subjects should have documented progressive disease during prior treatment with first- or second-line PD-(L)1 and platinum-containing dual-agent chemotherapy.Subjects will be randomized to two treatment groups in a 1:1 ratio. Treatment Group: KN046 5mg/kg Q3W + lenvatinib recommended for phase III dose (RP3D) every day. Control group: Docetaxel 75mg/m2 Q3W .
Phase Ib/II open label, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody (AK112) combined with PARP inhibitor in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer.
This study is a basket trial designed to establish safety, tolerability and efficacy of MHV370 in Sjögren's Syndrome (SjS) and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD).
This is a randomized, open-label, international, multi-center, phase III trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Camrelizumab Combined with Rivoceranib Mesylate versus Investigator's Choice of Regimen in Treatment of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)
This is a multicenter phase I clinical study evaluating the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of LCAR-T2C cell agents targeting CD4 in patients with relapsed/refractory CD4-positive T lymphocytic tumors. Thirty-three subjects will be enrolled. Subjects will be pretreated with chemotherapy prior to infusion of CAR T cells: about 5 days before cells transfusion, the patients who planned to reinfuse CAR T cells were treated with fluorodarabine 30 mg/m2( body surface area) and cyclophosphamide 300 mg/m2( body surface area) for 3 days. hen this study will be using a 3+3 dose escalation approach from dose 1 (DL-1): 5×105 to dose 2 (dl-2): 1.5×106 , to dose 3 (dl-3): 5×106 to dose 4 (dl-4): 10.0×106. Below the lowest dose was reinfused at the PI's discretion.
This is a phase I/II exploratory study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anlotinib combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of surgically unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer.
