NCT ID: NCT05580354 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer

Safety and Efficacy of BCG Combined With Tislelizumab for BCG-untreated Patients With High-risk Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

Start date: October 9, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

For patients with high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), intravesical therapy of BCG is the standard treatment proved to reduce the risk of recurrence and progression. However, there are patients failed to complete the whole treatment due to the long period and some patients showed no response to BCG or suffered tumor progression after BCG treatment. The aim of this study is to examine the efficacy and safety of intravesical therapy of BCG combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody as the treatment of high-risk NMIBC patients without BCG treatment. At the same time, transcriptome sequencing is used to analyze the correlation between the efficacy of the treatment and the level of immune cell infiltration and tumor molecular subtypes.

NCT ID: NCT05579366 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

PRO1184 for Advanced Solid Tumors

PRO1184-001
Start date: December 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1184 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable).

NCT ID: NCT05579353 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

The Roles of Exosomal Circ-LRBA and 451/CRTC2 Signaling Axis in Colorectal Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. Most of the patients with colorectal cancer were diagnosed in poor stage. Although 40% to 50% patients of colorectal cancer can be cured by surgery, but most patients have undergent metastasis or recurrence, and eventually death. In recent years, molecular targeted therapy has shown significant efficacy in specific patients. It was necessary to detect the corresponding molecular targets of tumors before selecting appropriate targeted drugs in clinic. The changing state of related gene molecules in colorectal cancer played a key role in drug selection, there were few effective targets so far. At present, metastasis and recurrence still be the most difficult problems in treatment. Therefore, investigators should deeply study the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer at the gene level and look for new biomarkers to predict the prognosis. Furthermore, the study can clarify the exact molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer. These will be important clinical significance for targeted therapy of colorectal cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05579275 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Malignant Solid Tumors

Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of JCXH-212 Monotherapy and Combined With Toripalimab in the Treatment of Malignant Solid Tumors

Start date: February 6, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of JCXH-212 monotherapy and combined with Toripalimab in patients with malignant solid tumors; to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and to evaluate the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of JCXH-212 monotherapy and combined with Toripalimab.

NCT ID: NCT05579223 Completed - Analgesia Clinical Trials

Intrathecal Hydromorphone for Postoperative Pain of Anorectal Surgery

IMPAS
Start date: October 17, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Anorectal problems, such as hemorrhoids, fistula, fissures, Etc., often require surgical treatment. Patients often have postoperative pain after these surgeries, which increases discomfort and hospital length of stay. The efficacy of oral non-opioids in the treatment of such pain is poor. Hydromorphone is an opioid analgesic commonly used orally or intravenously for postoperative pain management. We designed this trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of intrathecal (delivery directly to the spinal cord during spinal anesthesia) single dose hydromorphone versus intrathecal placebo in treating postoperative pain among human subjects after anorectal surgery, but also the recovery of postoperative motor capacity in these human subjects.

NCT ID: NCT05579132 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

A Phase Ib/II Study of CN201 in Precursor B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Start date: September 30, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

An effective treatment for adults and children B-ALL represents a significant unmet need. CN201 has demonstrated efficacy in nonclinical models of leukemia .CN201 has a longer half-life, thus long term continuous intravenous infusion is not necessary for clinical use. The present study will be conducted in 2 parts: Phase Ib is a dose finding phase to identify the RP2D. Phase II will allow further evaluation of the safety and efficacy of CN201 at the RP2D.

NCT ID: NCT05578976 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

A Study to Evaluate Change in Disease Activity of Subcutaneous (SC) Epcoritamab Combined With Intravenous and Oral Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, Vincristine, and Prednisone (R-CHOP) or R-CHOP in Adult Participants With Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

EPCORE DLBCL-2
Start date: February 8, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the change in disease activity of epcoritamab when combined with intravenous and oral rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) or R-CHOP in adult participants globally with diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP, followed by epcoritamab or R-CHOP followed by rituximab will be explored. Approximately 900 adult participants with with newly diagnosed DLBCL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 315 sites in globally. In the Arm 1, participants will receive subcutaneous epcoritamab combined with intravenous and oral R-CHOP followed by subcutaneous epcoritamab in 21-day cycles. In the Arm 2, participants will receive intravenous and oral R-CHOP followed by intravenous rituximab in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.
