There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test in the clinical effect of long round needle in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and analyze its safety and its influence on pain and functional recovery. The main question it aims to answer is whether long round needle therapy for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is effective and safe. Participants will be selected as the research objects. They will randomly divided into control group (n = 49) and observation group (n = 49). The control group was treated with filiform needle, and the observation group was treated with long round needle. Researchers will compare the two groups to see the differences on the therapeutic effect, safety, Neck dysfunction index (NDI), pain score (McGill pain questionnaire, MPQ), quality of life (Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74, GQOL-74), and levels of inflammatory factors.
In this study, Valve replacement patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (SGB Group) , main outcome measures: postoperative complications (pulmonary infection, oxygenation injury, arrhythmia, hemorrhage, enteroparalysis, incision infection, renal insufficiency, cognitive impairment, etc.) and 30-day mortality. Secondary outcome measures: Hemodynamics, postoperative extubation time, length of stay and total cost of hospitalization. To investigate the effect of SGB on the rapid recovery of patients with Valve replacement heart disease after cardiopulmonary bypass.
A phase 1B study to explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of dalpiciclib + chidamide in HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer after the failure of CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy
HF is an advanced or terminal stage of various heart diseases, with high rehospitalization and mortality rates. In HF patients, undernutrition is not uncommon and represents one of the most significant determinants of poor clinical outcomes. Therefore, nutritional management is of paramount importance for patients with HF.The basic method of nutritional management is to effectively identify the nutritional status of patients with heart failure, especially in elderly patients with heart failure who are not easy to find in the early stage. Limited data are available regarding the association between CONUT score and prognosis in elder patients with HFpEF, despite its easy availability in routine blood chemistry. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the prognostic significance of CONUT score and to compare it with other well-established nutritional indices in HFpEF, a common HF phenotype in the elderly population with coronary artery disease. This was a single-center retrospective cohort study which were approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of our hospital (TRECKY2021-185). Written informed consent was obtained from all patients. Participants were accorded with diagnostic criteria of CAD and HFpEF excluding rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, hemodialysis or hemofiltration, tumour activity, urgent surgery, death during hospitalization, HF of unknown reasons, New York Heart Association(NYHA) class1and data deficiency. Demographic characteristics and medical parameters were collected from the electronic medical record system . All enrolled patients were followed-up in an outpatients setting. The primary endpoint of this study was readmission due to heart failure and all-cause mortality in the first year after hospitalization. To explore the prognostic significance of controlling nutritional status score in elderly with ejection fraction preserved heart failure and compare controlling nutritional status score with other objective nutritional indices. All analyses were performed using Statistical Product Service Solutions(SPSS) version 19.0 .
This is an open-label, single center, 2 period, one sequence study to investigate the potential drug drug interaction between itraconazole or rifampin or esomeprazole and XZP-3621 tablet.
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a common complication of cardiac surgery, mainly manifested as mental confusion, anxiety, personality change and memory impairment, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients after surgery.Attention should be paid to the protection of neurological function in patients undergoing cardiac surgery during perioperative period.Nicardipine can selectively act on coronary arteries and cerebral vessels, increase coronary artery and cerebral blood flow, relieve coronary heart disease angina pectoris, protect brain tissue. The cerebral protective effect of nicardipine on cardiovascular surgery under CPB deserves further clinical study.About 15-20% of cardiac output (CO) in healthy adults is allocated to the brain , and cerebral blood flow is supplied by bilateral internal carotid artery (ICA) and vertebral artery (VA), among which ICA provides about 70%-80% of cerebral perfusion flow .However, the location of the internal carotid artery is superficial, the anatomical variation is less, and the ultrasonic Doppler technique is portable and simple to measure. It may be of certain clinical value to use the ultrasonic detection technology to quickly evaluate the cerebral perfusion during the perioperative period, and to early detect and avoid the intraoperative brain function injury.
The researchers collect treatment-naive H.pylori-positive patients from the outpatient clinic. The subjects were randomized to receive a 10-day or 14-day course of Tegoprazan bismuth-containing quadruple eradication therapy at 6 weeks after treatment, subjects underwent another 13C-urea breath test. Calculate the eradication rates, adverse reaction rates, patient compliance and cost-effectiveness index of each group.
This study is the first clinical study of Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with drugs targeting EGFR signaling pathway combined with PD-1 inhibitors, which explores the new combination therapies urgently needed in clinical practice and lays a foundation for subsequent studies, with important scientific research significance and clinical value.
A randomized, multicenter, open-label Phase III, clinical study is conducted to evaluate the clinical benefit Clifutinib in Chinese patients with relapsed/ refractory (R/R) FLT3-mutated AML as shown with overall survival compared to salvage chemotherapy, and also to investigate the efficacy of Clifutinib as assessed by CR/CRh rate in these subjects.
This is a prospective, single arm, multicenter phase II study aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of Disitamab Vedotin in Combination With Tirelizumab and S-1 as first-line treatment for patients with advanced HER2-positive gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
